Jotaro giorno and josuke Well yes he technically dies in part 6 but when Emperio kills Pucci Jotaro and all the other characters are still alive. In the end jotaro is still alive.

To be honest, in terms of pure lore, Jotaro can beat every villain in JoJo (Diavolo and DIO are tougher but possible), except for Funny Valentine and maybe Pucci. Pucci’s stand, Made in Heaven, has the ability to speed up time fast enough to surpass Time Stop, meaning Pucci can’t be affected by Jotaro even when he stopped time.
But as Jotaro uses the time-stopping power, The World, of his Stand Star Platinum on Pucci, Pucci throws knives at Jolyne. Choosing to save his daughter, Jotaro lets go of the opportunity to get to Pucci in time. Pucci slices Jotaro's face in half, fatally wounding him.

In the series Jotaro on 3 occasions takes off his hat and you can easily see that it isn't hair but actually is ripped due to wear and tear because he gets into lots of fights.
The reason why Jotaro's Star Platinum (as well as the second Diego's The World in Part 7)'s durability was weakened was probably becuase it takes a lot of energy for a human to withstand stopped time for even as long as 5 seconds, whereas Dio - an immortal vampire who had "transcended humanity" and survived for a ...

Like how Joseph’s plot armour with “Your next line is”, Jotaro’s plot armour is that he is, according to Araki, the most powerful stand as of Part 6. He literally says “It’s the same type of stand as Star Platinum”, gains the ability to stop time and uses it to turn the tables against DIO.
Like Riding a Bicycle - In the last fight, Dio prophesied to himself that Jotaro’s Star Platinum unconscious efforts to fight during time freeze is like learning to ride a bicycle in which he might learn it himself in the course of time of exposure to Dio’s The World effect.
The short answer is that we get to see much more of Crazy Diamond in part 4 because it’s the main character’s stand. It just seems more powerful because it punches more things in part 4. Jotaro is still much more powerful than Josuke.
With his insane Star Platinum’s speed, photographic muscle-eye reflex, outstanding wit, it’s a no-bra iner that Jotaro can also learn time-stopping or even have counter-measures for “Za Warudo” skill in the course of time especially after he was enraged in the final battle. Cheers. Related Answer. Ben O'Brien.
However, Jotaro still is a good person at heart, and we get to see him transforming into a relatively better state of character near the end of his Egypt journey. Later in part 4 and part 6, he became a lot more of a respectable person, character-wise. Well, a little less rude, perhaps. [Thanks for the A2A!]
With his Stand Disk returned, Jotaro’s body won't necessarily decay, but his memory, or his soul, will not return. Essentially, Kujo Jotaro will become a husk of a person. With Enrico Pucci still in possession of Jotaro’s memory Disk, Jolyne will have to fight him to get Jotaro’s Disk.
