Griffith, the beautiful, charming young leader of the Hawks. More than anything else, he wanted his own kingdom. With his keen ambition and drive and shrewd intelligence, he almost made his dream come true. But what goes up must come down...
Griffith's cutting power is also considerable; as a human, he is able to completely sever Zodd's arm in a pincer movement alongside Guts, making him the second man in 300 years to wound the apostle.
Self-assuredly unique from others, Griffith's presence has always been undeniable; those who meet him end up viewing him with either good will or animosity, with the former growing into trust or fellowship, and the latter into awe or even dread.

The epicenter of this theme is, of course, Griffith, a man who came from little and strives for his very own kingdom. Griffith is strikingly beautiful and effeminate, with long, white hair and intensely blue eyes. He isn't traditionally masculine in any sense other than his overwhelming prowess on the battlefield.

The manga has gone on for a very long time, and there is no indication about an ending being planned soon - so we can assume that Studio Gaga will, eventually, complete Berserk.

Griffith from Berserk While he is the hero of Midland and considered the “Falcon of Light”, his yandere side was exposed when Guts left his group. Griffith had this amazing charisma and no one would have thought that his obsession with Guts can change him.

Like the Apostles, all members of the God Hand (ゴッドハンド, Goddo Hando) were once humans who were chosen by the Idea of Evil through Crimson Behelits to serve its purpose of giving a reason for humanity's suffering. In a two hundred and sixteen-year cycle, a ritual known as the Eclipse occurs with a new member recruited, as was the case with Griffith, with a mass sacrificial offering. Unlike the Apostles who serve them, the members of the God Hand can not take a true corporeal form in the mortal plane and are forced to use rudimentary bodies for brief moments. But this can be remedied through an Incarnation Ceremony that occurs once in a millennium with the one who invoked it offering his body as a permanent vessel for a God Hand member to manifest, after offering a large amount of lives. When Griffith is successfully reconstituted in the aftermath of Albion's destruction, the rest of the God Hand were scattered across the Astral Plane. Telekinesis: Griffith is capable of manipulating matter. Right after his rebirth as Femto, he was able to crush a group of apostles into nothingness by just closing his hand, and when Guts tried to attack him after he and the rest of the God Hand were summoned by the Count, he sent Guts flying with just a glance.
As a mercenary, Griffith fought in the Hundred Year War and restored peace to the wartorn kingdom of Midland and was once a close friend and ally of Guts. After being tortured, however, he used the eclipse to sacrifice his entire army and later was reborn as Femto, the fifth, newest and final member of the God Hand.
A large part of his success was due to Guts' fighting ability and Griffith grew to be dependent on Guts, although their relationship was not exactly friendly. After the assassination of General Julius, Guts heard Griffith saying to Princess Charlotte that a friend must be someone he considers his equal.
Griffith was once a fair, honorable and straightforward man. However, as a mercenary, he is also extremely opportunistic, ambitious and power-hungry. Still, when not on the job, he does have a less serious, more playful and joking side. This side of him is usually reserved for Casca or Guts, especially the latter.
Griffith ended up brutally sacrificing his crew to achieve his dream. While Griffith transformed into Femto, his band was tortured and murdered by demons.
After he became Femto, he managed to achieve some incredible things. He liberated Midlands from the Kushan Empire’s occupation, and he and his comrades fought bravely to reclaim the areas.
When Guts left the band, Griffith was devastated and acted terribly rashly. Griffith acted in spite and wanted to take everything Guts held dear, and that's why he slept with princess Charlotte.
During the Eclipse, Griffith and his band were transported to another dimension, where they had to face demons. Four powerful demons explained who they were and invited Griffith to join them as the fifth God Hand. In exchange, he had to offer a sacrifice. For a few moments, Griffith went deep within his mind, going through a short soul-searching.
Ever since their meeting, Griffith was obsessed with Guts. That was understandable to a point because he was indeed a great asset to the Band. However, fans realized there was more to their relationship.
The dark fantasy anime Berserk became widely beloved for its interesting and memorable plot twists. Many fans had reservations about Griffith's disturbingly dark character. The beautiful and charismatic man was extremely ambitious, though he often ended up making some of the worst decisions in anime history.
One of Griffith’s worst decisions was engaging in sexual activities with Charlotte. The princess was somewhat interested in the man. However, it wasn’t the right decision to use her feelings towards him this way.
