During the Anime Expo in July 2019, Square Enix announced the English version of the series under the title My Dress-Up Darling and published it under its new publication imprint Square Enix Manga & Books. An anime television series adaptation was announced in the ninth issue of Young Gangan that was published on April 16, 2021.
The first My Dress Up Darling manga is published by Gangan which is Square Enix’s manga publishing division in Japan and, in the US the manga is released through Square Enix USA. My Dress-up Darling is initially called Sono Bisque Doll Wa Koi wo Suru . The manga was written by and illustrated by Shinichi Fukuda.

Yes, indeed! It's clear that Sajuna Inui likes Gojo Wakana. Sajuna appears to have developed feelings for Gojo primarily as a result of two things: Gojo's kindness and his cosplay expertise.
By chapter 62, Gojo finally realizes that his feelings for Marin are the same as his feelings for the hina dolls, clearly hinting that he loves her too. However, the manga did not say if the two eventually got together. This is understandable as the manga is still ongoing.
