On December 14, 2020, it was announced for the first time that the amazing manga “Chainsaw Man” will be adapted into an anime under the production of MAPPA at JumpFesta’21. The platform used to make this announcement was Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine via its second 2021 issue.
The plot of this manga is based on a very unique but interesting concept that human fears are no less than monsters. A lot of us suffer from overthinking and it’s more harmful and destructive than any other attack done by outsiders.
The Japanese manga released its first chapter in December 2018 and continued for two years until it’s last chapter came out in December 2020. If we talk about how much content fans got out of this manga, it contains in total 11 tankobon volumes.
