Do you enjoy watching it? → Yes → It's worth watching. It's not worth watching. Bleach filler is atleast fun and cute, not just rehashed older storylines with new characters. Reddit's premier anime community.
Bleach: Created by Tite Kubo. With Johnny Yong Bosch, Michelle Ruff, Stephanie Sheh, Jamieson Price. High school student Ichigo Kurosaki, who has the ability to see ghosts, gains soul reaper powers from Rukia Kuchiki and sets out to save the world from "Hollows".
It began broadcasting in Japan on October 5, 2004, on TV Tokyo. It ceased broadcasting on March 27, 2012; a total of 366 episodes were aired before the anime concluded.
The anime version of the story generally follows the manga quite closely, but diverges in some important aspects: in particular, seasons 4 and 5 ( Bount arc ), season 8 ( The New Captain Shūsuke Amagai arc ), season 12 and 13 ( Zanpakutō Unknown Tales arc and Beast Swords arc) and season 15 ( Gotei 13 Invading Army arc) are anime-only arcs, not written by Tite Kubo. Commonly called "filler" episodes, these anime-only arcs were necessitated by the anime's approximately weekly production schedule outpacing the manga, as the manga chapters need to be published before manga-based content can be animated. Roughly, each episode of the anime covers the equivalent of two to four chapters of the manga.
It ceased broadcasting on March 27, 2012; a total of 366 episodes were aired before the anime concluded. However, it was announced on March 20th 2020 that the final arc of the manga would finally be animated and will begin airing at an unspecified date.
The Japanese translation of the word bleach isブリーチ. It is pronounced Burichi. This word means ‘soul cleanser” which is an indicator of what soul reapers stand for. The word also means the same thing as bleach in English. The chemical that is used in cleaning white clothes or the process of using the chemical.
The name bleach as the Japanese meaning as indicated is connected with soul cleansing. There is a good similarity with the role of Kubo’s “Soul Reapers” and “soul cleansing.” I also see a good similarity with the chemical bleaching and what soul reapers do.
The series is entirely about dousing the fires of evil. It is a continuous fight of good against evil which is like the bleaching of cloth or cleansing. Rukia entered Ichigo’s room on a quest against a “hollow.” A hollow is a dangerous and monstrous lost soul that can cause harm to both spirits and humans.
Tite Kubo had the intention to draw a Soul Reaper dressed in a kimono when he conceived the idea of bleach. Not originally called bleach. The first title he thought of was “Snipe.” Snipe was inspired by guns, Snipe was coined from a sniper
Bleaching is the process of removing color or stains from a piece of fabric or fiber. There is no scene in the bleach animation series that featured any character performing the bleaching process I defined here. But there was bleaching in other contexts all through the series.
The title wasn't Bleach when Tite Kubo decided to draw a story about Shinigami. This was before he drew the one-shot manga that appeared in Akamaru Jump. The weapon wasn't a sword, but a scythe. Only Rukia had a scythe and the other characters used guns. At that point, the title was Snipe (as in "Sniper").
Shinigami are associated with the color black, but it would have been boring to use "black". "White", on the other hand, can suggest black as a complementary color. So Tite Kubo chose "Bleach" to evoke the impression of the color white.

So referring to that, Title Kubo named the manga as Bleach. This one seems quite vague though, bu. Continue Reading. There are quite a few reasons for this. The most accepted one is, that that Bleach here signifies cleansing. And basically what the Shinigami do is soul cleansing.
Every vaizard hate shinigami after they nearly killed. They hate soul society didn't care for them after their efforts. Only Ex-vice captain the pink captain who still care her captain. Dankai isn't a small problem, that's why every Zambaktou won't tell their master because usually they attract with their masters.
And basically what the Shinigami do is soul cleansing. Hence Bleach. One other reason, as mentioned in other answers, is that Kubo originally had thought of naming it black based on the colour of the Shihakshou of the Shinigami. But he decided against it, and decided on Bleach, referring to white.

Ichigo's voice actor, Masakazu Morita, tried to recreate the mood that he felt when he read the manga and imagined hearing the dialogue. In an interview with Elicia O'Reilly of the Japan Foundation, Morita said that to get into character, he would say a line that epitomizes that character.
