The shounen genre primarily aims for children under the age of fifteen. Being a series that follows super-powered heroes, there is violence and lots of blood throughout. Language and some profanity that might not be suitable for younger kids should be expected as well.

There's quite a bit of cartoon action violence, peril, and monster/demonic imagery. In one scene, one of the villains holds a young girl up by the throat while threatening to choke her to death. Characters are shown injured and bandaged after intense fighting.
Sexual content and violence I think that this show is good for a age group of 12 and up because of the violence. it is a really good overall though!

Very good show, has a lot of violence It was a pretty violent show but is not as gory as other animes. I think it deserves it's MA15+ but would be okay for some children if they are mature and have watched other animes. And besides the anime is not that graphic in violence. 2 people found this helpful.

My Hero Academia or Boku no Hero Academia (if you’re annoying) is a typical modern Shonen anime.
The animation is brilliant and gets better with each episode. The soundtrack is music to the ears if you love pop, and even if you don’t, it’s catchy and entertaining! There are currently five seasons (Season 5 ongoing), two movies, two OVAs, one ONA, and two specials in My Hero Academia in total.
Considering the most recent Season 5 and the new third movie, as well as all other installments in My Hero Academia, it will take you 51 hours and 8 minutes to complete it all.
Season 5 has aired 16 episodes, and the 17th episode is soon to be released on 24 July 2021. With the release of the new season, the announcement of a new movie, and a new story arc also came.
The chronological order isn’t recommended because All Might Rising is meant to be watched before the movie, My Hero Academia: Two Heroes and won’t make sense if that’s the first thing you watch. My Hero Academia 2: Hero Note is a summary special and can be skipped.
My Hero Academia is currently streaming on four platforms with both the option of subtitles and dubbed versions.
In my version if the MHA Verse, Quirks are nearly the exact same as in the original manga. Nearly. In my version, Quirks have been around for a while, just not in mass bulk. They only ever appeared in races that had evolved enough to develop them.
Yeah, ghost do exist in my version of MHA... Sorta. They aren't truly ghosts, but the effects of an individuals quirk after death. These effects however are extremely rare and only ever happen with those who have reality warping based Quirks.
Gods and creatures of myth in my verse are, in all reality, just individuals with highly advanced Quirks that make them seem God-like.
Titans, now Titans are something special. Titans are powerful being with one single Quirk, but that Quirk is near impossible to identify due to its nature and just how much it has evolved. There is ever only one Titan on a habitable planet at a time, they are often the first living thing to exist on the planet...
Alternate timelines is a simple one. It's kinda like the butterfly effect. One thing changes in a timeline by chance, causing events to change drastically.
My Hero Academia generally adapts multiple chapters for a single episode. For instance, Season 5 Episode 24, which marked the end of My Villain Academia arc, adapted chapters 237, 238, 239, and 240.
On the other hand, Season 5 Episode 25 jumps ahead and adapts a panel from chapter 246 and then skips to chapters 256 and 257. So, manga chapter 257 is where MHA anime season 5 left off.
Everything about the latest season was spectacular; however, the part that fans loved the most was the “My Villain Academia” story arc that concluded in Episode 24. After that, this anime season gave us one more episode, “The High, Deep Blue Sky.”
Everyone knows that the MHA manga is way ahead of the anime in terms of story. So, it’s understandable that some fans who can’t wait for season 6 may want to switch to manga. But for that, you must know on what manga chapter does MHA season 5 ends.
