there are good anime a but most of them aren't really appropriate for most kids. I'm also 11 years old and all these animes I highly recommend. Naruto goes first before naruto shippuden. Death Note is perfectly fine for 11 year olds. This anime is a masterpiece, and while the 11 year olds may not fully understand the amazing phsycology and genius behind it, that doesn't mean they won't find it entertaining. It is a must-watch for everybody, as it's emotional, entertaining, and dramatic.
Very good show, has a lot of violence It was a pretty violent show but is not as gory as other animes. I think it deserves it's MA15+ but would be okay for some children if they are mature and have watched other animes. And besides the anime is not that graphic in violence.
Definitely not 16+ It has calm and peaceful episodes and is very comedic. Putting 16+ is crazy honestly, it doesn't have sex scenes and kissing or any demonic evil messages for sure.
And Naruto just got released on Netflix on the kids section so ya. Basically, if your 10 year old is mature enough for this and know it is just a show, it's fine and for up.
