I've had nothing but great experiences!

I've had nothing but great experiences with rightstufanime and I've been using them for about 8 years! Order processing can take a while at the moment but, c'mon, we're literally in the middle of a pandemic which is messing up working hours, supply chains, shipping times, etc and they have a disclaimer about that on their site. As for their customer service department? They're wonderful! I had a misprinted book arrive and they sent me a new one immediately, free of cost, and didn't make me go through the bother of shipping the funky one back.

Super slow processing, even for unstick items. Some books arrived damaged, I had to pay return shipping.

Favorite good's website. Packaging always above and beyond for product safety during shipping. Far surpasses any other site I've used for books. No more worrying about bent/lightly torn pages.

Lying about pre-orders

Super disappointed in these guys. I pre-ordered a manga, Metamorphosis by Shindo-L. They said it would restock on the 15th of August. I specifically e-mailed them BEFOREHAND asking if they were sure they'd get enough stock to fulfill the pre-orders, and they assured me they do NOT oversell their pre-orders.

Spice & Wolf Light Novel Series

I ordered 4 books of a light novel series. Book 1 and 3 had noticeable damage around the edges, corners and top of the pages, whereas books 2 and 4 came in pretty good conditions. They were all together so I don't understand how only two books got damaged...
