Whatever you do do not order from them I ordered buy one get one free got one pair made so bad and took 2 months after emailing them several times no response never got the second pair

I am missing a pair of shoes

I was bought shoes during the BOGO Free Deal; I only received one pair of shoes. They do not answer my emails and I do not know who to call for some sort of refund because I was scammed into buying one pair of shoes for the full price (instead of two).

Never got my order. I ordered 2 pairs for my sons for Christmas but have never received them. Have sent countless emails with no response. Definitely going to contact my card company and get my money back. Wish I had read all these reviews before I wasted my time

Totally disappointed

Like most of the reviews..if i could leave NO stars, I would. I placed my order November 15,2021...got text updates. Well tracking would never update. I did the buy one get one for $89 and these were a Christmas gift for my son. He picked one pair and I picked the other.

This company is a SCAM, Do not order from them I have sent countless emails, with photos of my order and everything. I got a beat up black bag in the mail and its a pair of sneakers that are in pieces. To top it off I ordered the buy 1 get 1 and nothing came of it as well. Now that I have proved that their blog content is plagiarized, let us take a look at their shop page. On entering the site, you will notice that they have “Official” in their description which is obviously false. Chainsawman doesn’t have any official store yet.

Then I tried to check the online business reviews on sites like Trustpilot where common people can review online stores. I found four reviews for the chainsawman.store out of which two are positives and two are negatives. Both of the bad reviewers say that they have never received the packages. I checked both of them, their reviews seem genuine.

Ordered the dabi jacket

Ordered the dabi from my hero academia bomber style jacket. It arrived in a fair time. The quality is so so as one expects from anime related content. I like how it looks. But the issue I have is my jacket has blue marker on it. In a 13 or 31 like figure.

Horrible Customer Service

After 40+ email requesting to exchange the very expensive shoes never worn for correct size after their system error in size and item selection, this company would not allow it. I purchased this gift for my niece who has parents that don't have a lot of money and I even had to saved to get her something special for the holidays because she's a good kid.

Don't do it. If I had 1 reason I have 10. Wrong shoe, wrong size. Customer service says let me check factory. Why would you need to check factory for an obvious error. It's simple, look at order look at customer complaint. Fix error and customer returns shoe. Terrible service seems to be the norm now. Find a better and reputable company, DO NOT BUY

I took a risk and ordered custom shoes from this company as a gift for a friend. The website did seem a tiny bit sketchy, but they are legit. The shoes came out really, really nice and they kept me informed throughout the customization and shipping process. I am very likely to order from them again.
