‘Watashi, Nouryoku wa Heikinchi de tte Itta yo ne!’, or ‘Didn’t I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life’, on the surface, seems like a cliched anime where the main character dies and ends up getting reincarnated as some overpowered Hunter in a fantasy world.
Both KonoSuba and Didn't I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life have lighthearted journeys with somewhat peculiar friends through fantasy worlds! Both have interesting casts that have fantastic character interactions between them, and they're both funny as all get-out.

Reborn as the noble Adele von Ascham, she soon discovers that "average" in this new world takes into account the power of the absolute strongest and the absolute weakest magical creatures, resulting in her physical and magical abilities being 6,800 times stronger than that of a typical human, which is half of that of the strongest ancient dragon (the strongest of all the magical creatures). Attending Hunter's Prep School alongside her classmates Mavis, Reina, and Pauline, Adele tries her best to live her life as normally as possible, which does not prove to be an easy feat.

For the most part of it, there is no end goal in the storyline of ‘Watashi, Nouryoku wa Heikinchi de tte Itta yo ne!’ and everything is driven by its pleasant characters.
But what does not make it a walking cliche is the way in which its entire plot has been panned out. When it comes to its characters, they’re all quite likable and all the childish gags that they pull-off are funny.
