Another is a 2012 Japanese adult animated horror television series produced by P.A. Works and directed by Tsutomu Mizushima that aired twelve episodes from 10 January to 27 March 2012.
The anime ends with Naoya and Mochizuki putting a CD they recorded about how to stop the calamity into the cleaning supplies locker in their 3-3 classroom.

Another is the best horror anime I have watched so far . At start it might be a bit boring and a bit too much scary but it definitely builts hype within 5 episode. The ending is a bit shocking which one wouldn't have expected. I would say it's definitely worth watching.

The anime had a total of 12 episodes, which concluded on March 27, 2012. It has been ten years, but until now, there is still no news about 'Another' season 2. It seems unlikely now for P.A. Works to produce a new season.
Misaki died in the hospital from leukemia in April. The receptionist at the doll shop and museum. Whenever she sees Kōichi, she offers him a student-discounted admission to their museum. Mei later reveals that she is her grand-aunt.
Another is based on a mystery horror novel by Yukito Ayatsuji. Originally published in 2009, the story was later adapted into a manga from 2010 and an anime in 2012. It was also made into a live action film in 2012. Look at all those adaptations!
Although not immediately obvious, Ms. Mikami and Reiko are the same person.

Sazae-san - 7,701 episodes Recognized by the Guinness World Records, this anime holds the world record for the longest-running animated TV series. The show is about a mother named Sazae-san and her family life.
The core mystery at the heart of Another is part of the reason it's so terrifying. Watching the students be hunted by something they can not see and have no way of fighting gives you a feeling of pure existential dread.
Over the last decade, the anime industry has seen a massive increase in its fanbase. This has directly led to the increase in the production of anime. A vast number of manga have received anime adaptations, which gives the watchers a lot of variety to choose from.
The first season had twelve episodes. Since then, Kabaneri of The Iron Fortress has received three anime movies. Two of the movies cover the first and second half of the anime while the third one covers the events that take place after the events of the anime.
Hyouka is an anime series that is based on the novels by Honobu Yonezawa. The series received an anime adaptation that consisted of 22 episodes and one live-action movie. Hyouka follows Hotaru Oreki who joins the Literature Club at his school to prevent it from being closed down.
Not many anime come close to the quality of Angel Beats. The anime had just 13 episodes but all of them were filled with quality content. It covers several elements exquisitely, which made it a hit with the critics.
The first season of No Game No Life is absolutely immense and it's easy to see why the series has so many fans. The series follows Sora and his younger stepsister Shiro. The siblings are challenged by the God of Games to chess and they end up as the victors.
To this day, Nichijou is popular within the anime community and many fans long for its return. Many petitions have been started in the hope that Nichijou will be picked up for a second season, but there has no success so far.
Yuri on Ice received a lot of praise from critics as well. However, the series never was never renewed for a second season.
Though the manga ran for a good few years, there were only seven volumes in total, with the last one being more of an addendum than anything. When combined with how succinctly the anime and the manga wrapped things up, there's really not much more of a story to tell that wouldn't feel forced. Sure, the anime ended slightly differently than the manga, but it still hit similar beats and had a conclusive ending. There could be perhaps an OVA special or a movie to truly wrap things up, but even that might be tacked on.
After all, the show ended in 2016, and the only thing that's kept the series around is the aforementioned gag manga. The closest thing to a continuation would likely be the film Orange: Future, which also came out in 2016. This animated movie retold the anime and manga's story, but from the perspective of the character Suwa. This is probably the last animated project that fans will ever see with the Orange characters, with the story simply having nowhere else to go.
Though the franchise lives on in spinoffs, the Orange anime never came back for a second season, but there's a good reason for that.
Debuting about six years ago, Orange became a popular romance series that grew to touch tons of different mediums. Despite how beloved its manga run was, however, Orange only has a scant few collected volumes. This gave it a short but endearingly sweet story, which eventually saw it adapted into a similarly beloved -- and short - anime.
As we previously mentioned, there have been no official announcements regarding a second season of "The World's Finest Assassin." However, it is likely that Season 2 will roll around sometime, meaning that the announcement and release schedule of Season 1 is our best evidence in estimating when Season 2 will come out.
"The World's Finest Assassin" follows the adventures of Lugh Tuatha Dé, an ex-assassin from the "normal" world who was reincarnated by a Goddess to assassinate the hero of a new fantasy world.
Obviously, with the introduction of the Hero, Season 2 of "The World's Finest Assassin" is going to focus heavily on Epona and his relationship with Lugh.
As with many anime shows, the plot of "Yona of the Dawn" Season 2 is expected to follow that of the manga. The first season covered the manga's first eight volumes, while the OVA covered all of Volume 18. In the second season, which would be based on additional chapters of the books starting with Volume 9, Yona and the dragons will get ready for battle against Su-Won and his allies and save the kingdom.
The show ran in 2014-2015 for 24 episodes and had three original video animation specials (OVAs) going into 2016, but hasn't been seen since.
Studio Pierrot. The first season of "Yona of the Dawn" can be seen on Hulu in either its dubbed (voice dubbing by American actors) or subbed (subtitled) versions. The series happens to have a very good English dub, which features experienced voice actor Monica Rial as the title character, Yona herself.
There is no word yet on a future second season for "Yona of the Dawn." While its not terribly unusual for anime series to have multiple year-long hiatuses, Studio Pierrot, which produces the series, has waited an awfully long time to announce any change in the series' status.
