Naruto may have a few problems, such as filler arcs that disrupt the pacing, but overall, any Naruto fan can make a compelling case as to why Naruto really is the best anime series out there, for fans of any anime genre. This series has more than a few factors working to its advantage.
Diamond Lobby recently did a study on 187 countries of the world, and according to the results, Naruto is by far the most popular anime in the world, dominating 81 countries, followed by Attack on Titan dominating 37 countries, Pokemon dominating 34 countries, and One Piece dominating 20 countries.
23 OVERRATED: NARUTO The show suffers from plot changes and filler arcs that interrupt the story's flow, while both the manga and anime have been criticized for overindulgent fight scenes, a problem that plagues most in the shonen genre. Boruto, however, comes more highly recommended.
The anime has many animation flaws, even though it is supposed to have a lot more money to have a lot better animation quality. The fillers are terrible and create way too many new characters, which I find incredibly boring.
Naruto is arguably the most loved anime of all time. It is a masterpiece that would easily make it into anyone's top 10 list. The series is one of the longest with more than 700 episodes. However, it never seems tiring or boring watching this artwork.
Realistically, this is an incredibly hard call to make. But the only reason Naruto takes the victory is that it's a much bigger story that's more accessible to a wider audience. Attack on Titan is super cool, but there are a lot of casual viewers who might struggle to get into its more intense plot and story.

Naruto received numerous awards during its airing, including the "Best Full-Length Animation Program Award" in the Third UStv Awards and the 38th "Best Animated Show" in IGN's Top 100 Animated Series.
Yes, it is long but it is also my favorite anime ever and I've watched the entire series twice, even despite how long it is. If time is too much of an issue, you could always skip the fillers to make it shorter. But Naruto is an amazing story that is totally worth the watch.
Naruto. With 220 episodes to its name, Naruto can best be described as an overrated shonen anime that offers little in the way of progression. This is best exemplified through the show's one-dimensional characters and the show's long-winded plot.
The conclusion. In conclusion, One Piece takes the lead over Naruto overall. Both series have strong and weak points, but their popularity is evidence that fans love them for their specific quirks. Nor is it true that there aren't any in the anime community who doesn't love both series.
Naruto is fast-paced ninja violence at its finest. The sparks that fly off the kunai, the swift kicks - every fight scene in Naruto beats any other anime's fight scene from sheer quality alone. Also the phrase "fast-paced" is key (DBZ fans take note). These epic fight scenes prove my point.
Naruto has mastered the art of feels. Sadness, hatred, love, and every emotion ever named is explored in the series. Most anime go for laughs, but Naruto's not afraid to make you think about war, justice, and to explore your feels with a tear-jerking soundtrack that has a custom song for each feel you have.
Looking back on a retrospective, the anime has really been an inspiration. Naruto’s transformation, from being an impish devil (who even struggled with ninjitsu) to becoming the world’s hero, who wouldn’t be emboldened?
Personally, I feel like there should be no comparisons between animes. For each one is a work of art (Although, I admit that a few are not up to par with the other). However, here’s a list for you according to the internet polls and popular charts.
We all know that the craziest avenger and Byronic hero of all is Naruto's best friend Sasuke Uchiha. We learned from him that revenge was never the best solution despite the pain that has been inflicted. He was not the only person that wanted revenge. In the PSP game Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heroes 2: Phantom Fortress, Princess Kasumi / Dusk vowed for revenge against the Hidden Leaf Village for taking her loved ones and happiness away. Actually, it was the sound ninjas that took them away and framed the leaf ninjas. With the help of her loved ones, Naruto persuaded the princess that revenge is not worth it and that the leaf ninjas were framed. He also reminded her that her loved ones only wanted her to be happy. Later on, she found out the truth and as an act of redemption, she joined forces with Naruto and his friends.
Naruto was an outsider at first because of the nine tail fox spirit that lived inside of him. It was not his fault that the spirit was evil at that time. His father put it inside of him to give Naruto the power to become a hero. One day, Naruto realized that crying would not do him any good so he went forward to become the best ninja that he could be. Outsiders should just be themselves and strive for their potential despite what people think of them.
However, Naruto knocked some sense into him saying that people can change their destiny. Naruto changed his destiny by going from a failure to a success. Neji also changed his destiny by risking his life to protect Naruto and his cousin Hinata from the debris in Naruto: Shippūden. He would have lived longer if he did not take the risk. However, what would happen to Naruto and Hinata if he did not risk his life for them?
At first, Naruto's friend Gaara of the Sand let his loneliness take over his life. He hurt others as his way of life. However, Naruto knocked some sense into him by showing him that love will free him from loneliness. Gaara started to embrace love and friendship after his battle with Naruto. He became one of the most caring and helpful characters in the anime.
Naruto lived his life without parents. Just because he had no parents did not mean that he did not have a family. His friends especially those from his team were his family. In the end, he was able to have a family of his own with Hinata, but we will always know that family does not have to be blood-related. He mentioned this to Sasuke's daughter Sarada who misunderstood that Sakura was not her birth mother.
Naruto was failing his classes at the Ninja Academy. He had trouble doing clone jutsu. No matter what, Naruto kept trying and believed that he would someday master the jutsu. That day came when he protected his sensei Iruka Umino from Iruka's corrupted friend Mizuki.
