The Most Powerful Pokemon Of Every Type, Ranked According To Strength
The original series of Pokemon is by far the best, and I really enjoyed the Johto saga, however recently Pokemon has gone down hill. The story lines are repetitive and so similar to the original series, and the newest one (Diamond and Pearl) looks to make things worse.
What is the best Main Series Pokémon game of Alltime? Here’s the poll I feel will make everyone vocal. I’ve done many polls before this one and these are the most loved games by the Pokémon community. My pick is B2W2 because content wise it can’t be beat. Legendaries, Sprites, PWT, Story, etc.
It looks way higher quality than any other season. Now, personally, XY/XYZ was the best season. From everything to the companions, rivals, Pokemon, legendaries, evil team, everything, was amazing.

The Indigo League is the first and perhaps most recognizable season of Pokémon. It begins with Ash meeting Pikachu and embarking on his journey toward becoming a Pokémon master, and ends with him taking on the Elite Four.
Ash is back in his hometown of Kanto and back with his old friends Brock and Misty. His goal is to finally take on the Battle Frontier - a task that won't be easy, since he doesn't exactly know where it is.
Diamond and Pearl in the Pokemon series is iconic for so many reasons. The game it’s based on is fantastic, the anime is great with some deep episodes – like when Jessie lets go of Dustox for love, or Pikachu questions evolving again for the first time since Season 1 – and the companions are just outstanding.
But it doesn’t really build on its previous series success. It feels a lot of the same as before and while yes, that does work for Pokemon, there are so many other episodes that really dig deep and give thought-provoking messages, but Johto didn’t really do that for me.
But Pokemon is great in so many ways, one of which being that they constantly update their regions, characters, stories, and new Pokemon with each new series that the game takes on, revolving around the corresponding game release. But, that doesn’t mean that they aren’t at all very different from each other. So here, we are going ...
Pokemon Season 2: Adventures in the Orange Islands. Charizard, Pikachu, Ash, Pidgeotto, Lapras and Squirtle in the second season of the Pokemon anime. A lot of Pokemon fans dislike Adventures in the Orange Islands with a passion but I like it so much that it's actually my sixth favorite season!
Pokemon Season 14: Pokemon Black and White. Pokemon Season 14 Black and White. The Pokemon Company. The 14th season of the Pokemon anime, Pokemon Black and White once again saw a major refresh in the look and feel of the show.
While previous journeys to new regions would see a mix of new and old Pokemon, when Ash and Pikachu traveled to Unova, with the exception of Pikachu and Meowth, every Pokemon they encountered was an Unova native. Even Officer Jenny and Nurse Joy got a new look!

Max, May, Ash, Pikachu, Brock and Professor Berch in the sixth season of the Pokemon anime. The Pokemon Company. While The Johto Journeys benefitted from the new creativity a new region brings, Pokemon Advanced also benefitted and then some . The sixth season of the Pokemon anime saw a total refresh of the visual style of the show.
XYZ anime is the best, and for so many reasons: 1 The Pokegirl has some kind of history with Ash 2 Animation quality hasn’t been better 3 Ash finally reaches the league finals 4 He finally caught a pseudo legendary and evolved it 5 Team Flare was awesome 6 Ash finally beat a champion (But took 3 tries to defeat Diantha) 7 At this time, Ash was in his prime 8 Alain and Sawyer were incredible rivals
Ash also had one of his strongest teams with Ash-Greninja, Goodra (his first fully evolved pseudo and his only Pokémon to never lose a battle), Talonflame, Hawlucha, and Noivern. Team Flare might’ve been lackluster in the games but they were amazing in the anime.
Hoenn Reigon-It was good because of Battle Frontier matches. But not that great too, maybe Ash having a few more stronger Pokémon could have helped but still would stay lower in the order. Few matches were outstanding though especially battle frontier ones.
Pokemon Journeys ' funniest, most off-the-wall episode, really pushed the suspension of disbelief. The two stories included a Magikarp Jumping contest reminiscent of the 2017 app that ends with Goh's Magikarp in orbit and a trip to an island of Slowpoke, where Slowking's Shellder crown changes everyone's personalities.
Ash's dedication to helping Charizard warm back up, even to detriment of his own health finally earns the lizard's respect, making it an emotional and satisfying episode for anyone who's been following Charizard's journey since he was first rescued in Season 1, Episode 11, "The Stray Charmander. ".
Season 2, Episode 49, "Charizard Chills". No Pokémon had such a memorable impact on the series than Charizard, whose famous rebellion finally came to an end in this episode, finishing an arc over 50 episodes in the making.
