From what I can recall, GTO and the first FMA anime were pretty good in French. DVDs and Blurays of animated movies might as well include a French version. You could try that too. Ōban Star-Racers was a french/japanese cooperation and was originally dubbed in french and japanese. But later got a english and german localization as well.

IIRC, they work with @anime for the physical release of their licences. You can try subscribing to ADN (merging between Kaze and another editor which I forgot the name) to watch anime subbed in French. I think they have dubbed anime as well, but not too sure.

Don't count on ADN to get your daily fix of simulcast anime though. ADN is a good place if you want a place where you can find a lot of anime. If you want a lot of simulcasts, Wakanim and CR.fr are a better place, although it's only subs.
