Tite Kubo’s perspective, and a fan’s perspective. from Tite Kubo’s perspective, He was very sick. He worked himself into sickness, and had to deal with some mental health issues like depression. On top of that, his publisher, Shonen Jump wanted him to end the series extremely quickly.
The manga Bleach has ended quite some time ago, which kind of killed any hope for the anime to continue past the Fullbringer arc. And even after the Thousand Year Blood War arc and the Epilogue in the manga, looking back at the anime, it’s still not done another episode after 366.
For most people, Aizen will always be Bleach's main antagonist since he his currently serving a 20,000 year sentence for his crimes, but he plays an important role in the final arc by helping Ichigo to defeat Yhwach in the final battle.
When Naruto ended, it gave a glimpse at the the next generation of ninjas and two years later Bleach did the same thing when it introduced us to Kazui Kurosaki and Ichika Abarai. Kazui is Ichigo and Orihime's son, while Ichika is Rukia and Renji's daughter and based on Kazui 's ability to manifest a Soul Reaper outfit and Zanpakutō, he'll be involved with the Soul Society in the future.
When Mayuri Kurutsuchi first appears, it looked like he was a sociopath who didn't care about his subordinates, especially his lieutenant Nemu. However, their relationship was much more complicated than that. During the final arc, it's revealed that Nemu was part of an experiment performed by Mayuri to see if he can create an artificial being, which means that Nemu is technically his daughter.
