Order processing can take a while at the moment but, c'mon, we're literally in the middle of a pandemic which is messing up working hours, supply chains, shipping times, etc and they have a disclaimer about that on their site. As for their customer service department? They're wonderful! I had a misprinted book arrive and they sent me a new one immediately, free of cost, and didn't make me go through the bother of shipping the funky one back.

Super disappointed in these guys. I pre-ordered a manga, Metamorphosis by Shindo-L. They said it would restock on the 15th of August. I specifically e-mailed them BEFOREHAND asking if they were sure they'd get enough stock to fulfill the pre-orders, and they assured me they do NOT oversell their pre-orders.
