Based on that i would assume his body has grown for around 16 years. As i assume he was killed at a age around 1 - 2 years he would have lived around 15 years in that cave.

The Tower of God: Baam's Love Interest The harem of Baam is comprised consisting of Yuri Jahard, Androssi Jahard, Kaiser, and maybe Khun. There are others who show feelings either to one way or another towards Baam. But, Baam doesn't look interested in any person. He is always friend-zoning everybody!
Urek Mazino Before Zahard arrived, Urek was the most powerful person in the tower. Climbing the tower in only 50 years, he is the fastest and the strongest in the history of Rankers. Urek's power can only be explained as that of a beast as he once evaded Slayer Karaka's most powerful attack using only 1% of his power.
In the last episode, we found out that Hwaryan is actually a Guide, like Evan is to Princess Yuri, meaning that she has seemingly unrestricted freedom of movement in the tower.

In order to honor the fallen Irregular, they agree to carry out his pledge to take Rachel to the top of the tower as his final wish. Rachel expertly hides her satisfaction at how well her plan has worked but Khun, ever the observant schemer, is still deeply distrustful of her.
Following the Underwater Hunt, an angry Khun interrogates his superior, Hansung Yu, for the final time. The Test Director refuses to confirm his involvement in Rachel's actions, explaining that she made her own choice. Unsatisfied with his response, Lero-Ro throws in the towel.
This could well be a reminder that Bam isn't the only Irregular stirring things up in the tower, or it could even be a glimpse into Bam's own future, cluing us into a possible time skip between Seasons 1 and 2. Bam could do some serious leveling up under his mentor's tutelage in that time.
Even with his misgivings, Khun still agrees that the group should continue to climb the tower with Rachel. In passing such an important test -- one usually undertaken by Rankers themselves -- they've proven Khun's dream of tearing down and rebuilding the tower's power structure is achievable.
Drawn into the tower before him, presumably to bait him into following, Rachel witnessed Bam fighting the same giant beast that she backed down from, and the tower’s keeper Headon (played by Jiraiya from Naruto!) immediately noticed Rachel’s jealousy and arrogance.
After all, the Tower is a funnel, offering a long process of eliminating those with the strength to dissent, and designed to prevent companionship. It’s not as simple as Rachel being “evil.”.
To backtrack a little, in the 10th episode Bam resolved to help Rachel, who was paralyzed after being attacked and held hostage by fellow participant Hoh – who at that point had gone mad with jealousy, looking to remove Bam from the contest.
As the world-building and fleshing out of its ensemble cast continued around protagonist Bam (or ‘Yoru’ in the Japanese version), each episode would take the eclectic group of characters through a series of ever more complex (sometimes incomprehensible) games of life and death.
This recap contains spoilers for Tower of God Season 1, which is now streaming in its entirety on Crunchyroll. After a mysterious but propulsive first couple of episodes, Takashi Sano and Erika Yoshida’s adaptation of Korean writer SIU’s Tower of God settled into something of a groove.

Somehow, Bam manages to open the door to the Tower. Now, he will go any distance to see Rachel again even if it means dying. When he enters the Tower, he meets allies that will help him up the tower.
Serena and Endorsi arrive at the scene and Endorsi uses a weapon taken by one of the Fishermen she presumably killed to attack Quant. Along with Bam's help, Endorsi recovers Quant's badge and Team B wins. Hoh's corpse and Rachel are taken to emergency care and the episode ends with Bam at Rachel's bedside. 10.
Shinsu ( Hangul: 신수, RR: Shin-soo ), roughly translated as "Divine Water", is a substance found within the Tower in varying concentrations on each floor. On the lower floors, Shinsu is diffuse and inconspicuous, similar to air. However, on higher floors, Shinsu increases in power and concentration, and is said to be viscous and flowing similarly to water. High Shinsu resistance is required to enter these floors. Residents in the tower must form a contract with the "administrator" of the respective floors in order to manipulate Shinsu. However, individual known as "Irregulars" seem to be an exception to this case, with one (Enryu) who even managed to kill a seemingly immortal administrator of a floor.

You can become a god. This is the story of the beginning and the end of Rachel, the girl who climbed the tower so she could see the stars, and Bam, the boy who needed nothing but her.

As it turns out, Rachel was never chosen to climb the Tower. It was always Bam. Rachel was simply taken by mistake. As a result, she grew to resent Bam for passing the White Steel Eel test — a test she couldn't even muster the courage to attempt.
Tower of god is a story of a boy, name Bam/yoru. The tower is a place where you have to give tests to go up. You need to prove yourself before going on the higher floor. Like, if you are on 19th floor, if you want to go on 20th floor, you will have to give a test.
Bam went to the tower to chase a girl named Rachael. Rachael wants to go up to the tower to see stars, so she leave bam to climb the tower. Believe me it is really an amazing anime. However , it's webtoon is more amazing. I have already completed season 2 in webtoon, and I am now watching the anime as well.
This is very common. Since anime not actually follows the plot in 100% accuracy, at some points you might get angry (With personal Experiences). But no matter what, if you want to know the rest of story, just read the webtoon until you satisfied.
Well it depends, Yes, the original story award always to goes to the manga/manhwa or manhuwa. But there are times that you really need to watch an anime of it. But, Sometimes you will disappoint due to the some inconsistencies with anime and original source (Webtoon).
The God of Highschool manga is infinitely superior to the anime, and it’s not close. It’s not. The adaptation botched pacing, the characterization, the nuances of the plot… it’s amazing just how poorly MAPPA managed to adapt the source material.
Tower of god webtoon is nearing its half-way mark after which the author intends to expand his story and write new webtoons like a multiverse with different protagonists for each story which would intertwine like a grand WAR in the end….its gonna be awesome…..
