There’s no official Touhou anime, but there are a few fanmade series. Which are you referring to? There are at least 3 big-ish fan-animes as far as I know, but I think you can find all on youtube

The Touhou Project x Anime Tenchou collaboration is one of the very few times a corporation was given permission to use Zun’s characters, as normally only fans are allowed to do so.
