What the HELL did I just watch? Positives first, fantastic animation and sound quality. I watched the dub, and the voice acting was pretty good. So props to the studio (Passione)... But those were the best aspects of the anime. Everything else falls very short. I mean really short.

I'm here for the EDS group watch. Anyways, I kind of liked this series, but it was maybe a little too melodramatic at times. I also didn't like Matsuri, and while I don't hate Mei she did frustrate me at times. That said, I liked the animation and despite it's flaws I still got some enjoyment from this series.

When meaningful interaction between Yuzu and Mei is abruptly followed by these sideplots, that can challenge one’s ability to stay invested in either plot.
