1. Episode 1

After a disaster turns humanity to stone, Taiju keeps his consciousness alive with the power of love. He awakens years later to find he's not alone.

With enough fluid to revive one person, Senku and Taiju prepare to free Yuzuriha. The appearance of some hungry lions complicates their plans.

3. Episode 3

Aware and wary of Tsukawa's troubling moral beliefs, Senku sends him away while he and Taiju work on reviving Yuzuriha and finding potential weapons.

4. Episode 4

Taiju accidentally proves that Senku's gunpowder experiment is a success. The two friends spot signs of other survivors and make a risky decision.

5. Episode 5

Using the same scientific prowess Senku refused to give up, Taiju and Yuzuriha escape the murderous Tsukasa. Later, they make a surprising discovery.

6. Episode 6

As Taiju pleads for Senku to wake up in the present, the flashback to Senku's awakening continues. Meanwhile, a mysterious girl attacks Tsukasa.

A science-focused show with extremely stupid logical & scientific holes everywhere.. Not a good combination. I was initially drawn in to this anime due to the unique plot & setting but also due to the very beautifully drawn backgrounds that had some really spot-on lightning.

The Plot of Dr. Stone

Dr. Stone takes place all the way in 5738 AD, though this far-flung future is much more like the primitive past. This occurs after a strange event petrifies all of humanity, allowing nature to retake the planet. Protagonist Senku Ishigami, a young genius, is one of the first in his area to break free from his rocky exterior due to nitric acid.
