Fuyu no Hanashi. After over half a season of discovering the truth behind Mafuyu's guitar, he is finally able to cry out his pain in Fuyu no Hanashi, “A Winter's Story.” The sequence is wonderfully directed and perfectly amplifies the intensity of this already emotionally cathartic song.
Mafuyu was dealing with his boyfriend's suicide that had happened last winter and he had been repressing his feelings for a year, stretching out the writing process to the very end. He wrote this song about him, talking about his inability to move on and how lost and emotionless he has felt since then.
Mafuyu Sato (佐藤 真冬 Satō Mafuyu) attends the same school as Uenoyama, they are both characters in the manga titled "Given". He also has an impressive singing voice. Ever since he asked Uenoyama to fix his guitar, he has become emotionally attached to Uenoyama.
Stay with me is the first ending theme for the MAJOR anime's fifth season, from episodes 105 to 120. It was performed by Hitomi Shimatani.
Shougo considers Mafuyu's song packed with all his life, so Shougo stated that he would want to cherish the lyrics one by one. Shougo recorded the nasal part of the song, but thinks that actual song will be completely different so wants to continue the dubbing from now on, conscious of the difference.
'Given' Season 2 Potential Release Date Knowing that a new arc must be developed first, a second season won't be here until at least by late 2022 or 2023.
A 16-year-old high school student, and the band's lead guitarist. Having played guitar since he was a child, he is highly practiced and talented with the instrument.
Satō is the primary antagonist to Kei. A considerably older Ajin in the manga, he's British-Chinese and from the U.S., which makes him being played by Gou Ayano something of an oddity, as he's a 35-year-old Japanese actor. That being said, Kei and Satō being closer in age could do favors for the story overall.
