JJK anime ends at chapter 63 so read chapter 64 for the continuation. The anime is adapting the manga pretty well with only some Ijichi lore explanations left out. Personally, I'd suggest reading from the beginning to read those minute details left off.

It isn't very different plot wise, however there are details that the anime skips over and the ending of the anime is a total filler. The manga was was far better than the anime and gives you more character depth. It looks more in depth at many of the character’s family relations and back stories.
