What the HELL did I just watch? Positives first, fantastic animation and sound quality. I watched the dub, and the voice acting was pretty good. So props to the studio (Passione)... But those were the best aspects of the anime. Everything else falls very short. I mean really short.

I'm here for the EDS group watch. Anyways, I kind of liked this series, but it was maybe a little too melodramatic at times. I also didn't like Matsuri, and while I don't hate Mei she did frustrate me at times. That said, I liked the animation and despite it's flaws I still got some enjoyment from this series.

My Thoughts

So let’s get this out of the way. Yes, this is a yuri anime about two step-sisters who are having a love affair where things get pretty spicy. Only to my surprise, it is much deeper and emotionally investing than I had expected it to be. Now, I didn’t really expect much going into Citrus.
