In case you really wanted to know: that means that 58% of Naruto is canon and 55% of Shippuden is canon. Alternatively: 314 episodes are pure filler, of a 705 episode series. (i counted to shippuden 485)
For those of you who only watch the English dubbed, the latest episode on Crunchyroll is episode 361 of Naruto Shippuden. The episodes that aren't listed are filler only and therefore you don't need to watch them. Hopefully this list helped you out. (edited by Sanbi221)
