Peacock has some Sentai Filmworks/HIDIVE series like Food Wars and Parasyte -the maxim-, but now Peacock’s anime lineup is getting a big boost: Peacock has partnered with streaming service RetroCrush. Several series are available in part now, and more will be added in the next few months. According to Anime News Network, this is the current list:
Peacock offers a seven-day free trial when you sign up for a paid subscription. There also is a free package, which includes the first two seasons of “The Office,” as well as select movies and TV shows, daily news and content curated for kids.

Peacock does offer some of its catalog to be viewed for free — albeit with ads. By paying $4.99 a month (or $49.99 a year), viewers will still see ads but will have access to all of Peacock’s shows. For $9.99 a month ($99.99 a year), the ads are removed. Certain Xfinity or Cox cable subscribers may get access to Peacock for free with their plan.
Earlier this year, they announced a deal with WWE to be the exclusive streaming home for the company’s wrestling programming, ending their own streaming service. Peacock is rather different from most of the major providers’ offerings. Unlike most, it has three tiers. Peacock does offer some of its catalog to be viewed for free — albeit with ads.
And for shows like Fushigi Yugi, Peacock only has the English dubbed version available; RetroCrush has both the dub and sub available. However, just as Funimation teamed up with Hulu and Crunchyroll series are available on HBO Max, this deal is meant to supplement RetroCrush, not replace it, and buff Peacock.
These shows have been picked up by Peacock for additional seasons after having aired previous seasons on another network.

Peacock has three tiers of service: Free, Premium, and Premium Plus. The Free tier has a subset of the content of the upper two tiers and targets its users with advertising. The middle tier, Peacock Premium, has the advertising as well but provides the full library of content.
In October 2020 during the leadup to the 2020 presidential election, NBC News launched a new channel on Peacock known as The Choice, which shows new original news and opinion programs. At launch, these included The Majority Report with Sam Seder, The Mehdi Hasan Show, and Zerlina.
On May 6, 2020, a distribution deal with Apple made Peacock available on iOS devices and Apple TV upon launch and Peacock content listed in the Apple TV app with the ability to subscribe to Peacock Premium as an in-app purchase. On July 20, 2020, the service became available on PlayStation 4.
The upper tier, Peacock Premium Plus, provides the full library without ads. Peacock Free is available at no charge to all U.S. Internet users. Peacock Premium is available as a monthly subscription but also is included in some services from TV service providers including Xfinity and Cox.
This included the launch of an over-the-top streaming service, named "Peacock" and made available in April 2020. This move also included new original programming, NBCU property reboots, while NBC series The Office and Parks and Recreation were taken off rival streaming services Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video and joined the service once their exclusive streaming rights to rival streaming services expire, with Parks and Recreation joining in October 2020 and The Office joining in January 2021.
