If a title is not on Crunchyroll, it usually means that another company has the rights.

CR may possibly eventually get some or all of the Funimation titles per their partnership agreement (that is taking forever to progress), but anything else that other legal streamers (Viz, Tan, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, etc) has is much less likely.
