The anime of Vampire Knight will not continue. The manga did go further than where the anime ended and it has a sequel manga now too. It’s is named Vampire Knight Memories which is released every other month.
Vampire Knight (also known as Vanpaia Naito in Japanese) is a dark fantasy anime television series which is based on a manga series of the same name. Written and illustrated by Matsuri Hino, the manga series was first published more than a decade back on November 4, 2004 and ran till May 24, 2013.
You can see it based on the year the anime and manga ended at Wikipedia's page of Vampire Knight. Further, I didn't watch the anime and only read its manga till the end, but seeing Wikipedia's page of List of Vampire Knight episodes, seeing the story of the last episode of Vampire Knight: Guilty, I can tell you that's not how the manga ended.
Written and illustrated by Matsuri Hino, Vampire Knight was serialized in Hakusensha 's shōjo manga magazine LaLa from November 24, 2005, to May 24, 2013. The individual chapters were collected and published in nineteen tankōbon volumes, released from July 10, 2005, to November 5, 2013.
People who love Vampire Knight were happy when it was renewed for a third season. They were not, however, happy with the result in which it was canceled.
According to sites like Trinikid and CBR, Vampire Knight Season 3 will not be produced anytime soon. The anime originally debuted in 2008. Season 2 titled Vampire Knight: Guilty premiered the same year. Both seasons were a massive success and gave fans hope for a possible third.

By the time the manga finished in 2013, Studio Deen may have decided to abandon the series for other projects after having to wait for more source material. As it's been over a decade since Vampire Knight ended its anime run, it's highly unlikely Studio Deen will reprise the series for a Season 3.
Yuki decides to revive Kaname by sacrificing herself. Zero is dead as he was not a pure vampire and Yuki has happily spent her life with him. Kaname wakes up to see his daughter who calls him "the other father" as Zero was the fatherly figure she grew up with.
Her death devastated Kaname silently, as he intended to be the sacrifice. In her name, Kaname fought the Purebloods for decades, slowly losing his will to live and emotions as he felt that the weapons only desired to kill more vampires.
Vampire Knight stars Yuki Cross, a student at the Cross Academy boarding school who was adopted by the school's headmaster when she was a child. Yuki no longer remembers her childhood, with her first memory being when Kaname Kuran saved her from a vampire attack.
Vampire Knight debuted in 2008 with a highly popular Season 1 adaptation of Matsuri Hino's manga. The series was quickly renewed for its second season, titled Vampire Knight: Guilty, which also aired and concluded at the end of 2008.

Vampire Knight was released by Manga Entertainment in the UK and by Madman Entertainment in Australia. Vampire Knight is available for streaming on Hulu and Netflix. Additionally, the anime has been adapted into drama CDs, live-action musicals, dating simulators and art books.
Vampire Knight Season 2 premiered in October 7, 2008. With both the English Dub and English Sub version available on Netflix…. It was something many turned to during the pandemic. The series, however, has been a part of the Netflix U.S. platform since 2014.

According to The Cinemaholic, the chances of fans getting a Season 3 of Vampire Knight English Dub or English Sub are extremely slim at this point. TriniKid reports fans rallied behind the series with the hopes of a renewal for a third season. A petition was formed.
