Nene Yashiro, a first-year high-school student who loves the occult and wishes for a boyfriend, summons the Seventh and most famous Wonder, "Hanako-san of the Toilet", a girl who allegedly haunts the bathroom and can grant wishes for the right price.
The animation for Hanako-kun is very unique with its art style and presentation. So first things first, this art style is GOD DAMN GORGEOUS. I love how this show looks because of that unique feel to it to help give this show its own identity. Everything about the art style works as it also enhances the quality of the show very well.
For what he represents, Hanako is essentially the supernatural poster boy of the anime. This is somewhat in contrast to Nene, a sweet natured girl who is unaware of the true nature of the outside world.

Unfortunately, Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun is not available on Crunchyroll. Considering they're one of the prominent streaming platforms for anime, perhaps they'll pick up the series sometime.
This rating contains violence, sexual references (including censored and/or partial nudity, medium to high-level implied scenes of sexual intercourse, and sexual innuendo) and strong language. Unlike the TV-PG rating, many shows during prime time (on most networks) carry this rating.
Kamome Academy is rumored to have many mysteries, the strangest of which involves the mischievous ghost of Hanako-kun. When occult-loving high schooler Nene Yashiro accidentally becomes bonded to him, she uncovers a hidden world of supernatural beings.
I love this anime and the manga it's just such a heart squeeze it's funny but has sad and serious under tones it makes me so happy I rate this 1000 out of ten it's eye catching and the color sceme is fun and unique
The show was really great and the art style was truely something else. It showed different aspects of a school mystery or ghost (Don't know what they are called been awhile since last seen it) an dhow the feel for humans.
To have her wish granted, occult girl Yashiro Nene has summoned Hanako-san. But the ghost that appeared before her is a boy. "Hanako-kun". Nene gets involved in all sorts of supernatural stories by Hanako-kun, who's sadistic and slightly perverted despite being a ghost.
Hanako's character design was revealed on October 9, 2019, with silhouettes for Nene's and Kou's designs. These were revealed a month later on November 9 in conjunction with the Animate Girls' Festival 2019, and the website was revamped with a new key visual and additional information.
It's said that Hanako-san is in the third stall of the third-floor girls' bathroom in the old school building , and will grant any wish of the person who summons them. The method of summoning is simple: knock 3 times. And then––––.

Scores, members, favorites — everything you need to know about who won and lost Winter 2020.
Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun aired its first season between January 9 and March 26, 2020 in Japan, the season consisting of 12 episodes with a duration of roughly 25 minutes per episode.
After going through the basic and essential information, you have probably deduced by yourselves that there is no trailer for the second season of Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun. Why? Well, it’s simply because the season has not yet even been announced, which – in turn – means that production hasn’t started yet, so there cannot even be a trailer.
Now, in order to properly approach the plot of a potential second season, we have to review the whole plot. As said, the first season of the show adapted less than half of the manga’s narrative, which means that we have to analyze the whole plot for you to know what to expect. So, what happens in the story?
The cast of Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun would probably remain mostly the same for a potential season two, mostly because we know that the majority of the main characters continue to appear later in the story.
Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun season two, as you might have suspected, cannot be watched anywhere at this time, simply because the season hasn’t even been announced yet and although it is likely going to be renewed, but we still have no official confirmation of the renewal.
It certainly might be a bit too early to discuss a potential third season of Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun seeing how we don’t even know whether a second season will be made, but there are some solid indicators that Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun might continue even after we see a potential second season.
As the leader of the seven wonders, Hanako-kun is tasked with keeping order between the students and spirits, and now he has Nene to help spread new rumors to help those that turn malicious.
Both anime feature a school setting, the inclusion of seven wonders or witches, and centers around supernatural elements. Yamada's focus is seeking out the seven witches, while Hanako's purpose is to maintain the balance between spirits and humans. Those who enjoy a healthy dose of shenanigans will surely find Yamada and the Seven Witches a delight.
What links the two anime is their supernatural interactions. Hanako's twin brother, Tsukasa, is reminiscent of Muzan – Kimetsu no Yaiba's creator of demons – because Tsukasa created the seventh wonder in a violent way. Tanjiro and Hanako both stand against these villainous forces, even as they fear them.
When a half-youmu encounters a spirit world warrior, they form a strained bond since Mirai continually attempts to kill the immortal Kanbara. Like Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun, those in Beyond the Boundary encounter a series of misadventures involving supernatural elements.
During one of his odd jobs, highschooler Hiyori pushes Yato out of the way of a bus. She survives, but her body is now in a state of disconnect. Noragami is a tale of paranormal activity headed by a mischievous deity, much like Hanako's personality.
Yuuko is a diligent ghost who seeks the answers to her death which occurred over sixty years ago , thus leading her to create a paranormal investigation club. Niiya can see Yuuko, which begins their friendship and the journey into the school's infamous seven mysteries.
Tanjiro is a demon-slayer, while his sister is a demon. In Kimetsu no Yaiba , the sibling-pair cut down demons while searching for Nezuko's creator in the hopes of transforming her back into a human.
i wanna watch something that seems like a cute fun show at first, then does a complete 180 and becomes dark as fuck. basically the promised neverland. something with a life or death situation.
The genre can be drama/comedy/romance/slice-of-life/ecchi, No shoujo, josei or yaoi, yuri stuff.. Mainly needs to be drama intensive
The closest ones I've already watched are Gintama, Konosuba, Non Non Biyori, K-On, Grand blue.

This isn't really for me but I was curious what people would say and I might use this in the future to help friends
