COUNTERFEIT ITEMS!

I would give Zero stars if I could. I ordered a nendroid figure. The photos we're watermarked looked highly legit. My package arrived fast But it's Counterfeit Merchandise! The price was high, it never crossed my mind that it could be Counterfeit items . I contacted the company No answer. Very Shady, BUYER BEWARE!

Do not buy, avoid

Sent wrong item. Had to jump through hoops with 'customer service'. Finally after numerous emails, sending photos, waiting for order to be verified, etc. it was demanded that I return the item at my expense. No discount for inconvenience.

Fake Item!

They sold me a fake good smile nendoroid. It was a total bummer after receiving the item. Please stay away from it.

Disgraceful scammers

Bought a phone case wrong case came but for correct phone they said it’s not theirs clearly lying and told me I “probably ordered from somewhere else” . Scam of a business, honestly don’t buy from these crap unauthentic cheap websites.

They sent me a counterfeit item. I provided sufficient evidence and ‘Jess’ only offered me a 25% refund on an item that was obviously not the same as in the picture. When I mentioned this to her, she offered me a 30% refund. This, to me atleast, is an admission of guilt.
