Your reasoning is sound. However, you are incorrect. Saiki K could defeat anyone, real or fictional, whether it be The Rock, or Goku. This is a plain fact, and cannot be defeated by such foolish things as facts and reasoning. I have spoken. I didn't realize you were a troll, well you're a shitty one LMAO. Good day
Strength-wise, Gintoki might not be the strongest out there. But when it comes to the other aspect that builds up an amazing character, not a lot of characters could hold a candle to him.
Still only a teenager, Baki Hanma is one of the strongest characters in recent anime history. With the sole mission of defeating his father, who at the time of the show’s airing, was the strongest living creature in the series Yujiro Hanma. Having trained for hours on end, every day for many years, he defeats numerous masters along his journey.

6 Saiki Kusuo (The Disastrous Life Of Saiki K.) Hiding within a seemingly average house and normal high school is one of the most powerful psychic characters in anime history.
Kusuo uses it without his limiter and considers it his most dangerous power, able to recreate the world with his imagination alone. He has to be careful using this power, because changing how others think affects the people around them, and he could destroy the world with a single thought.
Goku is stronger yes, but Saiki has one thing that can defeat Goku and that's his reality warping.
Saiki Kusuo's powers are so numerous that even the manga adaptation is unable to list all of them. While Saitama's powers are physical, Saiki's powers transcend the physical. Teleportation, mind control ability, altering people's memories, or even cursing people with misfortune – Saiki can do it all.
Quite a few classic characters still remain the strongest.1 Saitama - One Punch Man.2 Zeno - Dragon Ball Super. ... 3 Kyubey - Madoka Magica. ... 4 Tetsuo Shima - Akira. ... 5 Kaguya Otsutsuki - Naruto. ... 6 Simon - Gurren Lagann. ... 7 Jotaro Kujo - JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. ... 8 Mob - Mob Psycho 100. ... 9) Saiki K. Mind control is just one way that Saiki could defeat Thanos. He could also use his teleportation ability to get right up to Thanos' face before whisking the Infinity Gauntlet away with his incredible strength.
Elemental Manipulation - He is capable of hydrokinesis, electrokinesis, cryokinesis, and pyrokinesis. Size Augmentation - Kusuo can capable of shifting in size. Shapeshifting - Saiki can shapeshift and change his body to almost any animal he desires.
He has the ability to see spirits, but is only interested in using his ability to attract girls (he is often chastised by Saiki as a perv) and to become rich. His guardian ghost is Nendo's late father. He later lets other spirits possess his body.
This is one heck of an amazing anime! This anime is incredibely funny! The jokes and the stories are always out of this world! I got so addicted this anime that I finished watching the first season (24 episodes) in just 1 day and I never do that so that's amazing!

One constant of the show (and boon on the animators) is that Saiki only speaks through telepathy, so his mouth never moves. In one of the final episodes of the show, however, Saiki is caught between a summer trip with friends and trying to save Japan from a cataclysmic eruption.
Gojo is the most powerful jujutsu sorcerer around whose power, "Limitless," grants him, well, seemingly limitless control over all reality around him. Enemies can't even conceptually touch him, and he's able to deliver reality shattering attacks with ease.
Zeno, aka Grand Zeno or Future Zeno (depending on which one you're talking to), is the king of all the Multiverse, ruling over the very realities that will house whatever the next evolution of Goku will be if it isn't outright beating the king of the multiverse.
This has progressively allowed him new forms, greater strength, incredible magic powers, and, towards the latter parts of his story, godlike abilities that help manipulate reality itself.
Jujutsu Kaisen is the new, baby brother of the Shonen Jump family, but he's quickly become the family favorite. A huge part of this is Studio Mappa's stellar animation and direction bolstering the story, but the characters and their incredible powers are certainly carrying their fair share of weight, with none likely carrying more at the moment than Satoru Gojo, aka Kakashi Hatake with really pretty eyes.
However, if there was ever a fan favorite , it would definitely be the supermodel, anime version of Deadpool that is Undead Ban. He carries similar, exaggerated feats of strength and skills as his contemporaries, with the added benefit of his Snatch ability, which allows him to magically steal anything from close range.
Comedy and cartoons as a whole are always hard to set on a strength and power scale. While a wacky character can stretch their arms, pull the moon, and even pull random objects from nowhere, it is widely regarded that these are exaggerated qualities not to be taken seriously by any means of consistency.
While personality and character design are certainly good traits, what these characters bring to the average anime convention are some good, old fashioned arguments about power scaling.
