there is no season two because the creator of the manga and anime never created anything more than where the story ended. Also, there will be no season two, because the story is complete, the conflict is resolved, and a second season would add nothing overall and serve no purpose.
3. Conclusion. Since there is only one season of Parasyte, there isn't a specific order for watching it.
An anime television series adaptation titled Parasyte -the maxim- (寄生獣 セイの格率, Kiseijū Sei no Kakuritsu) aired in Japan on Nippon TV between October 9, 2014, and March 26, 2015.
Unfortunately, there will probably not be a Parasyte: The Maxim season 2. The plot of season 1 ends exactly where the manga ends, meaning there is no material left to adapt the story from. So, it is highly unlikely that we will get a Parasyte: The Maxim season 2 unless the author decides to continue the template manga.
By the end of the series, Migi is no longer of that Parasyte mindset, just like Reiko. The fact that he was willing to die in order to allow Shinichi to escape Gotou proves that he too was placing another's life before his own.
Miki is one of the strongest parasites we come across during the series. He's a skilled combatant who relies massively on his physical strength. As one of the parasites in Gotou's body, he is extremely resourceful and can beat most competitors.
While asleep, Migi cannot sense anything from the outside world and won't wake up until he has the proper amount of sleep. Once asleep, the signal he emits is weaker than normal, something multiple parasites have made note of.
The ending included. It felt a little rushed, but I am a sucker for nice, happy endings. I enjoyed it, personally. I also disagree with a lot of the complaints about the show, but I'm the kind of person that usually defaults to liking anime unless something seriously turns me off to it.
SatomiBy the end of the story, Satomi is Shinichi's true lover who helps him as he continues to retake his University Levels Exams.

The characters are by far the best part about Parasyte. The friendship between Shinichi and Migi is so strange and yet so well developed. Plus, the English dub is really, really good; it's far better than the average dubs you'd get. Overall, Parasyte's a great show, definitely worth your time.
They came from small eggs which floated down to Earth from unknown origins. They start out as a small worm that enters the body through some kind of orifice (i/e: Ear, nose, mouth). If the host resists, the parasyte has a sharp spine which allows it to burrow directly under a human's skin.

There is 2 spinoff mangas written by various different authors called Neo Parasyte F and M. There is also another spinoff called Parasyte Reversi. Kiseijuu Reversi is a manga sidestory based on Hitoshi Iwaaki's science-fiction horror manga, Kiseijuu, and written by Moare Ohta, author of Teppu. It focuses on the son of Mayor Takeshi Hirokawa investigating his father's covert association with the parasites around them. The work is currently being released serially in Japan; no English translation has been licensed for it yet. The spin off has more than 47 current chapters. There’s few more out in Japan behind paywalls along with 5 whole books being sold and is still ongoing. On another note, the author of Parasyte (Hitoshi Iwaaki) is currently working on a new historical ongoing manga called Historie. Make sure to check it out.
So this is and will forever be my favorite anime. I started playing a video game called resident evil 4 and the monsters in there are the exact same. They come out of the head and swing tentacles with blades on them even the blades look exactly the same. So I got to thinking is this actually a monster from Japanese folklore like the nine tailed fox or did one person just get inspired the other persons idea ?
I recommend reading Neo Parasyte F and M. They are collections of short Spinoff stories set in the same universe as Parasyte written by several different manga authors.

Iwaaki chose a high school setting due to a scene he had thought of. When considering a scene where Migi turns his shape into a penis in front of Satomi Murano, Iwaaki believed that the scene would work best in a high school setting, so Iwaaki gave Parasyte a high school setting.
Parasyte was originally serialized in Kodansha's Morning Open Zōkan from 1988 and switched to Monthly Afternoon after a few issues, where it ran from 1990 to 1995. Kodansha collected its chapters in ten tankōbon volumes, released from July 20, 1990, to March 15, 1995. It was later republished in eight kanzenban volumes from January 21 to June 21, 2003.
