Overall, Komi can't communicate is not the best when it comes to the simple aspects of an anime. It doesent have the story, the characters, none of that. The thing that makes Komi so good is the feeling.

The reason Komi has about half of her freinds is because of her looks, it's not because of her personality or anything about her character. Everything is really devoted to her looks. I think this anime had a lot of potential but at least for me, the entire looks thing ruined it for me. Although there are some really sweet parts.

Almost every character in Komi Can’t Communicate is introduced with a gimmick and a goal linked to Komi.
