If anyone is coming from Google SOE, imo, Jujutsu Kaisen starts off good then grows into amazing before you even realize it. I started because of my brother's recommendation and binged the 16 episodes over a couple of days. The recent episodes and anime mechanics remind me of Naruto and are so satisfying to watch.

The mangadex Jujutsu Kaisen Review-Albeit the reason of Jujutsu Kaisen sounds too peculiar to be viewed profoundly possibly, I was astonished at how pleasant a read this manga volume was. As I said toward the beginning of this audit, the anime didn't snatch me at all during its first scene.
Even side characters like Kanao are given ample background coverage so that the outcomes feel more realized than they would have otherwise. Both Jujutsu Kaisen and Demon Slayer are rooted in traditional horror content with their focus on demons and curses, respectively.
Easily one of the best anime of 2020 if not the best. As mentioned on title it is easiest one of the best anime so far if not best. there are some anime which are good too like haikyuu and Aot but in shonen it's started very well worth watching it.
Fortunately, Jujutsu Kaisen has the content and the accolades to push itself to the top of the anime genre on the merit of its action sequences alone. With the debut of its first season, Jujutsu Kaisen took home the award for Crunchyroll's Best Action, beating out both Attack on Titan and Demon Slayer.

"Tokyo Ghoul" is an excellent title, that may not reach exactly the level the top titles of the category have, due to a few clichés here and there, but is definitely not far behind. This may not be a "horror" anime, but that last episode...

This keeps Jujutsu Kaisen feeling fresh, with different curses calling for different and creative combat techniques to defeat. At first, Yuji and Nobara Kugisaki went up against weak curses, but soon, they faced monsters beyond comprehension.
Naruto Uzumaki can use the nine-tailed fox's chakra, and Ichigo Kurosaki learned to tame his inner Hollow.
This series is clearly inspired by classic works such as Yu Yu Hakusho, Naruto, and Bleach while retaining its own identity , and that is crucial. For example, the punkish Yuji may remind viewers of Yusuke Urameshi and Ichigo Kurosaki, and Satoru Gojo is the new generation's Kakashi Hatake.
He once trained by watching emotional movies while keeping his thoughts in check, and that made for unconventional but meaningful training scenes. Yuji also has a dilemma, where gaining power with Sukuna's fingers means struggling more and more to control Sukuna.
Series such as both Jujutsu Kaisen and its contemporary, My Hero Academia, are lauded for characters such as Nobara Kugisaki and Maki Zenin who are fully fleshed out and have serious combat powers and backstories. This is a trend that may continue well into the future.
7 Jujutsu Kaisen Isn't Ashamed Of Its Eccentric Humor. The world of anime is well known for its eccentric and showy visual gags, from hammerspace to extreme nosebleeds and throwing wooden bath buckets at people's heads. However, Jujutsu Kaisen dispenses with the worn-out cliches and finds its own voice in humor.
Mahito: as for now it looks like Geto is the president and Mahito is the vice president of the villains in jujutsu kaisan. Mahito 's soul and body philosophy seems really interesting and gives a tough fight to the opponent. He even gave Nanami a tough competition.
He believes that higher ups are overrated and must not be worshipped because they're not strong and would create problems for the coming generations.
Yuji became the vessel when he consumed a special grade cursed object which was fingers of an ancient monster Sukuna . He consumed it to fight the cursed spirits so that he could save his friend Fushiguro Megumi.
Also, unlike Naruto, here, itadori would have to die after he had consumed all the fingers of Sukuna because the higher ups are scared that he would go berserk and destroy everything. What makes the show really engaging is how the story unfolds.. what happens everytime he consumes a finger.
Megumi and itadori weren't friends initially, yet itadori chose to save him because when itadori's grandpa died he told him to protect the people he loved , so that when he dies he could have a proper death . His grandpa believed he didn't have any loved one except itadori Yuji when he's dying. So he wanted Yuji/his grandson to protect the weaker ones so that when Yuji dies, he would be having people who care for him. Yuji was really moved by this and wanted everyone to have a proper death. He himself wanted to have a proper death ; thus basically he wants to protect the people around him no matter what. This is pretty much what every shounen protagonist tries to do.
It catches you off guard, as Gojou just casually flexes on the entire audience. Beyond that the animation quality and fight scene choreography is amazing, the characters are enjoyable and not annoying, as well as funny. Every episode keeps you entertained and annoyed that you have to wait another week for the next one. Keeping your audience waiting eagerly for the next episode is an important factor in a shows popularity.
The king of curses or Ryoumen Sukuna is another person who steals the show because of his sarcastic and powerful aura. Sukuna knows that he's the strongest of all the curses and is really proud of it. But he doesn't underestimate anyone. Sukuna, just like gojou looks really hot and thus a lot of ladies and even men like him. He's a really good representation of that mr. All rounder guy we had in school who was hot af , egoistic, great in sports and stuff , confident and was basically the Mr. Steal your girl.
By Sam Skopp / June 28, 2021 3:56 pm EDT. The horror-action anime "Jujutsu Kaisen" premiered in both Japan and the U.S. through Crunchyroll in October 2020. It has since been added to HBO Max, making the series available to an entirely new and arguably wider audience as one of a limited number of new anime series included on the streaming service.
Other anime that originated in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump include mega hits like "Dragon Ball" and "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," the latter of which recently spawned a record-breaking film. Not only is "Jujutsu Kaisen" popular in Japan, but in the eight or so months since its debut, the series has also become a hit in the U.S.
In Japanese, shonen (少年) simply means "boy" (via Jisho ). Shonen anime, then, are typically appropriate for boys — and, by extension, all children — to watch. That said, other examples of popular shonen anime series — like, say, "Naruto" — can feature considerably more blood and even some mature content in comparison to series made ...
In short, "Jujutsu Kaisen" is a hit by both anime standards and when compared to most other TV series. Fashion brand Uniqlo even released a line of T-shirts featuring designs inspired by or taken from the series. A growing number of parents may be noticing their children taking interest in "Jujutsu Kaisen" as a result of its popularity, and thus need to determine whether or not the show is appropriate for them to watch. So, is "Jujutsu Kaisen" okay for kids to stream?
Jujutsu Kaisen is more mature than the average shonen anime. "Jujutsu Kaisen" debuted as a manga series in Weekly Shonen Jump. Given its origin and the fact that it features a number of tropes common in the genre, "Juju tsu Kaisen " can thus be safely categorized as a shonen anime series.
One of the things that fans have praised the most about Jujutsu Kaisen is the show's power system. Cursed energy and the techniques that sorcerers and Curses use to channel its power in unique ways is nothing particularly new, but it is interesting and varied.
Jujutsu Kaisen does have some great villains, particularly the humanoid Curse, Mahito , and the King of Curses himself, Sukuna. Mahito 's horrific Idle Transfiguration Technique is one of the most disturbing abilities in any anime, while Sukuna' s erratic behavior and flippant attitude keep fans guessing what he's going to do next.
Two of the series, Jujutsu Kaisen , and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, were arguably the most popular new shows of 2019 and 2020.
Jujutsu Kaisen and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba were two of the most popular new anime shows of 2019 and 2020, but which is the best? By Patrick Sather Published Jun 11, 2021.
For example, the scene where Sukuna and Satoru trade blows in episode 2 captures each individual blow, throw, and dodge. While the fights in Demon Slayer are beautifully animated and colorful, they lack the complexity and grace of the fights in Jujutsu Kaisen.
A well-used flashback can help explain a character's motivations or fill in plot details that were previously vague for dramatic effect. Although it is a useful tool, it is seriously overplayed in shonen anime, and Demon Slayer is no exception.
While the characters in Jujutsu Kaisen are by no means one-dimensional, they have not undergone the same level of growth as the characters in Demon Slayer. The most interesting character progressions in Jujutsu Kaisen thus far have been limited to the interactions between Maki and Mai, relatively minor characters, and Megumi's journey to becoming less reserved and cautious.

Instead, he chooses to join the Occult Research Club; due to the freedom it allows him in attending, he goes to visit his dying grandfather in the hospital every day. On his deathbed, his grandfather instills two powerful messages within Yuji: "always help people" and "die surrounded by people". These two ideas seemingly stem from his grandfather's own regrets. After his grandfather's death, Yuji interprets these messages as one statement: everyone deserves "a proper death". He is then confronted by Megumi Fushiguro, a sorcerer who informs him of a high-grade cursed charm talisman at his school that Yuji recently made contact with. His friends at the Occult Club unsealed the talisman, a rotting finger, which attracted Curses to the school, creatures that are brought about through negative emotions and are strengthened by consuming magical powers present in sorcerers or such charms. Unable to defeat the Curses due to his lack of magical powers, Yuji swallows the finger to protect Megumi and his friends and becomes the host of Ryomen Sukuna, a powerful Curse. Due to Sukuna's evil nature, all sorcerers are required to exorcise him (and by extension, Yuji) immediately. However, despite being possessed, Yuji is still able to retain control over his body for the most part. Seeing this, Satoru Gojo, Megumi's teacher, decides to take him to the Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School to propose a plan to his superiors: postpone Yuji's death sentence until he consumes all of Sukuna's fingers, allowing them to kill Sukuna once and for all.
He and Geto fail to protect a young girl from Toji Fushiguro, Megumi's father, an assassin from the Zenin clan without the ability to use cursed techniques. Toji dies in the process, while Geto decides the world must be cleansed of non-sorcerers so that no more cursed spirits can manifest.
Jujutsu Sorcerers are people who control the flow of Cursed Energy in their bodies, allowing them to use it as they please and also to reduce its release. High-ranking Sorcerers and Curses can refine this energy and use it to perform Cursed Techniques, which tend to be unique to the user or their family. An advanced form of Cursed Technique is Domain Expansion, through which the user can use their Cursed Energy to build a pocket dimension that covers the surrounding area within which all attacks will be stronger.
The action-packed Jujutsu Kaisen has been a top-rated and highly loved show ever since it debuted back in October 2020. With such high-intensity battle scenes, funny moments, relatable characters, and intriguing antagonists, the Jujutsu Kaisen anime has successfully brought in a myriad of new fans in a short time.
Audiences should be sure to add this 24-episode series to their watch list.
After escaping an orphanage ran by vampires and watching his siblings get killed, Yuichiro joins the Japanese Imperial Demon Army and harnesses the power of demons trapped in cursed weapons to take down his blood-thirsty foes. The main character resembles Jujutsu Kaisen's Yuji in many ways, and the budding relationships, storylines, action scenes, insane plot twists, and emotional reunions are absolutely worth the watch .
Naruto Uzumaki's story has a lot of similarities with that of Jujutsu Kaisen, with him being trained under incredible mentors to harness his limitless chakra and use his abilities to protect those he loves. There are plenty of similarities to be found between cast members of both shows as well.
Thus, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood was born.
After a life-threatening encounter, Ken Kaneki undergoes a procedure that turns him into a half-ghoul. Forced into the world of ghouls, Kaneki must fight to survive and try his best to blend in his environment without exposing his true identity. Though a bit predictable at times, it's a fun show to watch and has some great characters and drama.
If overpowered main characters and dark, evil villains are your thing, this one-season anime is perfect for you. The story follows a small village boy named Tatsumi as he travels into civilization to find his friends, only to find out the cruel hard truth of the world.
