Mirai Nikki is a brilliant mix of a Psychological Thriller, Action, and Romance.
Future Diary isn't exactly a masterpiece of literary perfection, but boy does Big Order make it look almost Shakespearean in comparison. It's the eternal problem of character's not feeling like they're talking to each other but rather at each other, not responding to each other's lines.
It's not graphic, but extremely disturbing. A character in charge of a cult tells her followers to rape a girl. The girl's clothes are ripped off except for her underwear, but another character runs and and stops them before they can do anything else.
Combined with some crazed characters and a controversial romance, Future Diary did a great job of garnering plenty of attention. This series has turned into some people's all time favorite anime while others just want to kill it with fire.
The Future Diary TV show is scripted, as in, the situations are created by the team and given to Maai and Takuto to see what they can do with it. The show is charming, thanks to the couple – they seem really real and nervous, just like how people should feel when they meet someone new and get to know them.
Good show for 12+
There's no explanation or reason for her nudity, other than to excite the viewer and make her appear vulnerable. In fact, female suffering and vulnerability are intricately tied to titillating nudity in Future Diary.

Yuno's however works during the night time, showing what's happening to Yuki on a 24/7 basis. How this works is unclear as the diary was being kept before Yuno became god, this would imply that Yuno was somehow able to track Yuki's whereabouts at every hour of every day including in the middle of the night when he's asleep.

In this ominous anime, 12 future-predicting "Future Diaries" are used by participants of a deadly survival game, where the winner supposedly obtains the power of a god. Most diaries take the form of cell phones, but some adopt other aesthetics. Diary owners most protect their diary at all costs, as they cease to exist if their diary is destroyed.
First up, a Future Diary that will only provide information about the future of Yukiteru Amano. So, if you're not him (and considering he's fictional, you probably aren't), this diary wouldn't be of much help to you.
Next, a Future Diary that gives information about criminals. Many of the participants in the survival game tend to break the law, which adds power to this device; however, it's almost useless against law-abiding participants.
At first glance, our next entry may seem like the worst diary. It's less compact than the cell phones, and it can only give three entries a day - one for morning, afternoon, and evening. However, it provides very accurate entries, and allows additional time to plan your attacks. The entries also come with pictures, offering extra information.
Ninth place goes to the formidable Breeder Diary. It allows you to control multiple sets of dogs, and read the futures of them and anyone you send them to attack. This unit has amazing offensive potential, but it doesn't talk about its owner's future, giving them a weakness.
Perhaps the most defensive Future Diary, this yellow-orange cell phone provides detailed entries for how to avoid danger. It can display whether any escape routes are available, and if so, how to reach them, how long you need to stay in them, etc.
In contrast to our last entry, the Murder Diary focuses on offense. It gives many details for how to best kill your next victim. The phone will tell where to find them, how to corner them, etc. It can also keep track of multiple targets at once.
