The Boruto anime is a cow. And they’re milking it. Oh…they’re milking it. Regardless of that, the anime doesn’t have to be bad. I mean, Aldnoah.Zero was a cash-grab, but it was still good…..ish. The fight scenes are good. The animation quality has dropped (obviously), but the fight choreography is nice, except that wooden one with the Iwabe guy.

6 Flop: Rushed Boruto is a series that has been rushed and it is easily noticeable. It wasn't really thought out. The people working on it definitely didn't plan it properly. It feels that they just wanted to bring out the anime so that the Naruto fans would have something to watch.
Well if you wanna watch Boruto according to the manga then skip the episodes which are fillers. I would suggest watching all episodes though because some that are actually filler have some really funny scenes and the story would flow better.

The Boruto fan community seems to share a similar sentiment on when the show begins to get good, with most suggesting that from the Chunin Exam arc onward, it only improves. Right now there is no doubt that Naruto is much more powerful than Boruto, even with Momoshiki's Kama seal. The pair may be on comparable levels with Naruto lacking Kuruma, however, with Kuruma and his Baryon Mode Naruto is the strongest character in Boruto we've seen to date.
The thing i liked about boruto is that female characters can actually perform a jutsu without the help of any weapon or scroll. It was really stupid in naruto. Female characters except Konan and pakura ,everyone relied on some stupid things to fight.

The plot starts with Boruto entering the Ninja Academy, just as it did with Naruto, but right off the bat, some fairly high-stakes things are going on. While Boruto echoes a lot of the beats from the show that came before, it’s definitely its own thing.
Naruto is a massive phenomenon, and the main story of the titular hero ended after just over 700 episodes. At least, it sort of did.
So, of course, Boruto would be a very different person, having grow n up in unprecedented times of peace. Of course, the show wouldn’t be interesting if it has no conflict and no antagonists. Luckily, Boruto doesn’t take its time planting the first seeds that something dark is on the horizon.
