They are honestly an good cosplay shop. They do not charge you extra if you want a custom size which was perfect for my "unique" body. I've purchased two cosplay costumes from that place and both have come in great quality and within 2 weeks.

After ordering a cosplay, I found out that their sizes on their website aren't actually what they are and when it didn't fit me (after weeks of waiting for it and paying a lot of money) they said that their policy didn't allow me to exchange for a larger size, and that the only way for me to get a larger one is to buy it again at a reduced price but allowed no guarantee of it fitting.
