Persona 5: The Animation can be streamed through Hulu, Crunchyroll and Funimation. It can also be purchased as a Blu-ray collection through sources such as Amazon, Right Stuf Anime and Walmart, but the cost is exorbitantly high, making the aforementioned streaming services veritable rivers in the desert in comparison.
That being said, I personally don't recommend watching persona anime unless you are 100% sure you are never going to play the game. And in case of Persona 5, the game good enough that I can strongly recommend it to anyone.
The recommended order to watch Persona is its chronological order. However, it is interesting to note that the stories in Persona 3, 4, and 5 are pretty self-contained and standalone. Their stories are entirely different and unrelated, so even if you don’t watch them chronologically, it will be fine.
Persona: Trinity Soul is actually a spin-off to Persona 3, so watch it after completing the latter series. 3. Can You Watch The Persona Series Without Playing The Games? The anime adaptation of Persona isn’t as good as the games but is still very entertaining.

Persona 5 takes ~70 hours to complete (if you do it efficiently), and you are going to get that delivered to you in 24 episodes. This means you get almost almost three hours of the game in each 20-minute episode, which utterly destroys the pacing and makes it extremely hard to keep up. And that's just the main story.
