If you want to follow the “proper” order, you should watch first Fate/Zero, then Fate/Stay Night UBW from ufotable (not the movie version) and finally the movie Fate/Stay Night: Heaven’s Feel. However, ufotable put a lot of references in FSN: UBW that will fly over your head if you haven’t watched Fate/Zero.
The chronological order: If you want to follow the story from the beginning, you should watch Fate/Zero first, then Fate/Stay night. The problem with this order is that certain items of FSN are spoiled by FZ (think back to the star wars original trilogy and the star wars prequel trilogy which kind of spoil the whole “I am your father, Luke” part.
