Amazon Prime has a decent selection of some new and old shows. Just search "anime" and turn on the "Included with Prime" filter.
Pluto TV has dedicated Anime channels, as well as Cartoon channels that show some old Saturday morning dubbed anime.
Netflix has some anime, but it's not free. I think several other free channels like Tubi and others have some. But I generally watch mine in free Crunchyroll or paid Netflix.

If you press the Up button on the Roku remote while watching a video, then the three dots where you can vote on videos and subscribe, there is now a clock icon for Speed. Simply put, the servers are overloaded and there is nothing we users can do. The only option is to take a demolish and wait for some space to open up. Edit: those of you who don't want to wait I found this helpful. Refresh the page every 10 secs if the episode numbers don't load.
