If it doesn't look right the first time, practice, practice, practice! If you're only just starting out in the drawing, you might not find it easy to control the pencil in the way you'd like to. Take some art class in middle school and or high school. Ask your parent to buy your art set to so you can practice on it too.

Anime eyes can seem complicated to beginners. Just try to breakdown the individual parts of anime eyes. Here there are 3 shapes, the upper shape, the lower C shape, and the square highlight shape. Erase the guidelines that you don't need.
Where should the chin be in anime?
Add the chin and the rest of the facial features, including the ears. The bottom of the chin should be as far from the top of the eyes as the top of the eyes are from the top of the head. The top of the eyes are should be the middle of an anime girl's head.
