To return an item (s) purchased at a Skechers Retail Store, bring the unworn/defective item (s) back to any Skechers store location in the U.S with the original receipt and box within 45 days of purchase. You will have the option to exchange the item (s) or return your purchase for a full refund/credit.
Afterpay is an installment feature that allows you to pay for your order with 4 equal payments every 2 weeks for orders starting at $35.00 to $300.00. To use Afterpay simply shop as usual and proceed to checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method.
In order to be able to process returns, Skechers may retain payment token data for up to 120 days. For record-keeping purposes, Skechers will retain records of your request to delete, or any other request under the CCPA, and Skechers’ response for a period of at least 24 months.
Members can earn points on a maximum of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) worth of purchases in a rolling three hundred sixty-five (365) day timeframe.
If you or Skechers cancels your Program membership, you will lose your accumulated points. If you cancel your membership, you may rejoin Skechers Plus by registering at www.Skechers.com or on the Skechers mobile app. When restarting your membership, your previously-earned points will not be reinstated.
