High school life has always been the perfect setting for most typical shoujo anime and ‘Orange’ is no different. While the relationships and characters in the anime are rather cliched, it stands out with its unique sci-fi plot that revolves around time travel.
The chance of getting a season two is incredibly low considering that there is a lack of material. The manga only has 7 volumes which were covered by the first season and movie.
the answers is no. the new future(with Kakeru) did happened. it is real. Both of the future Naho n Suwa just happened to get the image of the new future they made in their dreams.

From the hurt and pain future Kakeru experienced which lead to his suicide to the strained relationship of present Naho and Kakeru, all these things were wonderfully resolved. I'm incredibly happy that it ended on a happy and sweet note. So, let's recap!
NahoIn the alternate timeline, ten years into the future, Suwa is married to Naho and they have a child.
Content Rating: PG-13 (Mature themes, suicide, death.)
We can think that the manga is called Orange because of the passage(Letter 3 page 44) when Kakeru bought an orange juice to Naho, and the taste perfectly describes Naho's feelings. The meaning of the orange color symbolize many emotions related to the story.
In February 2016, the series was renewed for a fifth, sixth, and seventh season. Its seventh and final season was released on July 26, 2019....Orange Is the New BlackDistributorLionsgate TelevisionBudget$4 million per episodeReleaseOriginal networkNetflix22 more rows
Orange is a story about friendship, trust, depression, learning to love yourself, and being able to believe in your future. It hits home really hard for anyone who has ever had to deal with grief, loss, and depression - the depictions of all of these things are spot on in the most amazing ways.
Orange is a very wholesome anime with little to no objectionable content. (Source: I've seen it and read part of the manga.) The content rating is because the show deals with thematically heavy topics such as self harm, depression, and suicide.
So the movie starts off with a 38 MINUTE RECAP OF ORANGE! You could have condensed this movie into a twenty minute OVA and it would have been the same thing! So forty minutes into this amazingly interesting story, an original story begins about the future where kakeru and Naho end up together.

One day, Naho Takamiya receives a letter written to herself from ten years in the future. As Naho reads on, the letter recites the exact events of the day, including the transfer of a new student into her class named Kakeru Naruse.
Really sappy, really predictable, and really soft, but within it's genre, Orange is gold.

Orange began in 2012 as a manga created by Ichigo Takano, and follows the life of teenager Naho Takamiya. She begins receiving letters from her future self which warn her to make certain decisions differently, namely in regards to how she treats Kakeru Naruse. The decisions seem trivial at first, but quickly become matters of life and death.
The anime was handled by Telecom Animation Film and the iconic TMS Entertainment, and it brought to Enlgish-speaking audiences by both Crunchyroll and Funimation. Given their continued projects over the years, this isn't an example of the production studio shutting down and derailing a continuation.
Story: At times, I seem to have a weird love-hate relationship with the shoujo genre. The genre tends to have to balance a handful of tropes quite delicately – for example, creating romance that evolves and faces hardships without being melodramatic – and as such carries a very “hit-or-miss” feel to many series.
Was anyone else bothered by the anime putting a paragraph of text on screen and giving you 2 seconds to read it. I had to rewind and pause so many times to read the letters and it really disrupted the flow for me.
