Here are some of the many anime that have been inspired by Berserk's imposing presence. Black Clover is a series that seemed like a run-of-the-mill shonen manga, before coming into its own with some truly engrossing story arcs. Given the main character's use of a giant sword, it's easy to see where the Berserk influence comes from.

Berserk is a groundbreaking anime series that made its debut in the 90s. We compare the original series with the movie adaptations.
The 1997 series broadly follows the manga story but is missing a few key plot points (such as the character that resolves the situation at the end of that series, paving the way to the current series). The recent Berserk movie series is a retelling of the same story as the 1997 series.
The epicenter of this theme is, of course, Griffith, a man who came from little and strives for his very own kingdom. Griffith is strikingly beautiful and effeminate, with long, white hair and intensely blue eyes. He isn't traditionally masculine in any sense other than his overwhelming prowess on the battlefield.
The following is the recommended viewing order for Berserk. Side note: In certain circumstances, the newest season may be considered two independent seasons with 12 episodes each, extending the series to three seasons. For the sake of simplicity, we shall consider the series to have only two seasons in this article.
The movies contribute significantly to the development of the characters and the exploration of numerous backstories. Avoid skipping any of them, including the OVA.
Oriental Light and Magic translated and separated the manga into a twenty-five-episode anime television series spanning the series’ Golden Age arc from 1997 to 1998. The Golden Age Arc is a trilogy of films that began in 2012. Following that, the second anime television version aired in 2016 and 2017 for a total of twenty-four episodes.
Berserk suffers from a significant time gap between its seasons, films, and OVA. Due to this time gap, it is critical to watch Berserk in order, and as such, I would urge that you carefully adhere to the chronological order outlined above.
Berserk is almost certain to return to our screens in the future. According to rumors, Berserk Season 3 will launch sooner than anticipated. Additionally, its authors have hinted at the possibility of a sequel being renewed. Thus, we may anticipate Berserk Season 3 in April 2022.
For a series that has airing for more than 2 decades, the order might seem a little jumbled. There are 2 seasons in Berserk with 49 episodes. 1.

Berserk is one of the most longevous anime to exist. What started airing in the year 1997, went on a hiatus for almost 20 years. Rising from the ashes in 2016, Berserk has many interesting themes with a balance of gory action sequences, deep character developments, and controversial animation. As mankind progressed, so did the animation.
If you are a fan of Berserk anime, you are probably also fan of the music. An interesting thing to know about the composer Susumu Hirasawa is that he had a lot of freedom creating the soundtrack for Berserk, and that was because Kentaro Miura is his fan and trust him.
The specific mood the music adds to the anime is only logical because Hirasawa used every instrument he could think of, including piano, bagpipes, harps, flutes, voices and even Amiga. More of Berserk movies would mean more Susumu Hirasawa compositions, and that is always a good thing.
The Black Swordsman Arc. Those who watched the old anime series (called Berserk: The Legendary Wind Swordsman) remember that this anime started off with several episodes from the Black Swordsman Arc, and then returned to the past (to the Golden Age Arc). The anime covers about the same events that are covered in the Golden Age Arc trilogy, except that these Black Swordsman episodes were not in the three films. The films are, so far, going chronologically, unlike the manga and the old anime series.

Berserk is a masterpiece. It won't be forgotten in time... Maybe the newer manga will but not berserk. The manga is full of art, much more than the average manga product. The trilogy movie gor really beautiful as it progressed. Quoting from cult movies such as 2001 odissey in the space in the re_birth of Griffith.

Berserk (manga) Berserk. (manga) Berserk ( Japanese: ベルセルク, Hepburn: Beruseruku) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kentaro Miura. Set in a medieval Europe-inspired dark fantasy world, the story centers on the characters of Guts, a lone mercenary, and Griffith, the leader of a mercenary band called the "Band of the Hawk".
While briefly working as an assistant to George Morikawa at 18, Miura had already planned some ideas for Berserk ' s development, having a dark warrior with a gigantic sword illustrated in his portfolio who would be the first conception of Guts. Miura submitted manuscripts to a shōnen manga magazine for about four years before working for Hakusensha. However, he felt that he was not capable enough for it and they were also not interested in publishing science fiction or fantasy works. In 1988, while working with Buronson on a manga titled King of Wolves, Miura published a prototype of Berserk in Hakusensha's Gekkan ComiComi. This 48-page prototype placed 2nd at the 7th ComiComi ' s Manga-School prize. He later submitted his work to a magazine that, at the time, "was on the verge of going under", and he was switched around between several editors before meeting his first editor. The serialization of Berserk began in Hakusensha's Monthly Animal House in 1989. Miura commented that he landed the serial as soon as he made his debut, so he never had the opportunity to receive much criticism from editors.

It was localized in western regions early the following year by Eidos Interactive.

Berserk explores a wide range of themes and topics. Free will and destiny are discussed within the series. Human resilience is a recurring theme, with many characters coming from horrible backgrounds, constantly struggling against an unjust world. Guts struggles with destiny itself and is constantly resisting the pull of predetermination. Griffith also embodies this idea of resilience, by chasing his dream of ruling his own kingdom, despite his lowborn origins, as well the free will, by his own decision to sacrifice the Band of the Hawk in order to achieve his dream.
