It all depends on home distributors and tv networks. If Funimation takes an anime, usually they take it exclusively for them so those shows are out of Crunchys hands. TV Tokyo owns a part of CR so they try to get as many shows that they have on here.

The shows have a runtime of half an hour, and if you cut in the commercials, it comes about to be 20- 24 min long. Most animes have a run of about 20 25 episodes and are weekly, if they would make it more, it would increase the workload of animation to be done in a week. Personally I think a 24 min anime is best.

Those are still being produced weekly in Japan, so they simply aren't completed yet. CR airs those new weekly episodes as they come out. But for older series, there may only be one season of something, since Anime is usually just a big advertisement to sell Manga, Light Novels, and merchandise...

4. Noblesse. The anime, Noblesse, is based on the South Korean manhwa written by Son Jeho and illustrated by Lee Kwangsu. The story is centered on a powerful noble named Cadis Etrama Di Raizel, who awakens from his eternal sleep 820 years later.
TONIKAWA: Over the Moon for You is based on a Japanese manga series created by Kenjiro Hata. On a snowy night, Nasa Yuzaki falls in love at first sight with a girl he sees at the bus stop. When crossing the street, Nasa almost gets run over by a truck, but the girl, Tsukasa Tsukuyomi, fortunately, saves his life. Nasa declares his love and asks Tsukasa to go out with him. She agrees to be his girlfriend only if they get married first. Nasa agrees, and on his 18th birthday, Tsukasa shows up at his apartment with marriage registration.
However, the humorous interaction between Kotoko and Kuro, who are complete opposites of one another, is enjoyable to watch. Kotoko shows her infatuation for Kuro in an almost yandere manner, giving the series a light-hearted tone to its serious content.
