There are currently no options to change languages for dubbing or subs. Some episodes that are not originally in English have the English language dubbed over and some have written English subtitles. There are no options to change or select these. They are viewable as they are published by their respective channels.
On March 1, 2022, it was announced that VRV would be merged into Crunchyroll itself, alongside Funimation and Wakanim.

VRV's plan is more expensive than its competition's, but it comes with a lot more shows and movies through its different channels, which includes Crunchyroll's content, FYI. The easiest way is to first put the show in your queue, then go to the show page, select the dub, which is kept as a separate "season", then start the first episode of that in the web player for about 30 seconds, after which you go to your queue in the app and it should play starting from there.
