So before that happens, we surely won’t be getting the Steel Ball Run anime. But we do know that JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures anime is usually released in every 2 years so if we go by these numbers then we can expect the next anime in 2023.
The series is set in 1890 in an alternate reality from all previous JoJo's Bizarre Adventure parts, where racing jockeys from all over the world flock to the United States to take part in the Steel Ball Run- a cross-country horse race from San Diego to New York City with a prize of fifty million dollars.
While many JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fans are waiting for the next season of the anime, w hich will most likely follow the daughter of Jotaro Kujo in Stone Ocean, it seems as if an animator behind the series has gone into some detail about the possibility of animating one of the most popular story arcs of the franchise in Steelball Run!
Originally the first 23 chapters (4 volumes) were serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump in 2004 simply under the title Steel Ball Run. Although the character's names and abilities were obviously related to the series, it was unclear if the story was actually part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure due to perceived conflicting continuity.
The series was written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki. Steel Ball Run was written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki, and was originally serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine from January 19 to October 16, 2004. It was later moved to Shueisha's monthly seinen magazine Ultra Jump on March 19, 2005, and ran until April 19, 2011.
As of now, no official confirmation has been made about the release of Jojo's Part 7 anime. Besides, the story of JoJo's Part 6 Stone Ocean anime is not yet completed as more episodes will be released in the coming months. So before that happens, we surely won't be getting the Steel Ball Run anime.
Steel Ball Run describes a new continuity apart from that detailed in Part 1-6 of the series. On top of core features to JoJo such as Stands, the story is marked by many references to the original series. Steel Ball Run featured on the cover of Ultra Jump.
Johnny Joestar (ジョニィ・ジョースター, Joni Jōsutā), born Jonathan Joestar (ジョナサン・ジョースター, Jonasan Jōsutā) is the protagonist of Steel Ball Run and a minor character in JoJolion. He is the seventh JoJo of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series.

So to sum it up, there are multiple universes. The Original, the Ireneverse, The SBRVerse, and the corrected timeline. JoJo ended in part 6, Part 7 & 8 is a different series altogether that pays homage to the original jojo series.
Mondo Owada is just a walking talking JoJo ref let's be honest. His gang being named Crazy Diamond and his hairstyle and personality being so much like Josuke's is just perfect and is a big factor in why hes one of my favourite DR characters tbh. (This is just a reference to the song.
It's almost more of a divine power, and those who develop Stands after contact with a Devil's Palm are essentially being "Chosen," possibly by the spirit of Jesus himself. Since Jesus' name could be anglicized to Joshua, Son of Joseph... he's technically a Jojo, and likely the first Jojo.
a day agoWell towards the end of SBR we see Johnny summon tusk act 4 without his horse. Some people are probably gonna say its an Araki forgot moment but I dont think Araki would forget something so simple. I mean Tusk act 4 cannot be summoned without a horse.
Steelball Run is often thought by many fans to be one of the best stories in the series of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure as a whole, introducing new Joestars, and even new versions of heroes and villains we came to know throughout the franchise, in an insanely ambitious storyline. The story begins by following Johnny Joestar, ...
This segment of the anime juggernaut created by Hirohiko Araki doesn't just take place in an alternate reality from the one of previous seasons, it also is one of the most insane as it blends Stands with a cross country horse race! Steelball Run is often thought by many fans to be one of the best stories in the series of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure as ...
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Animator Aren't Sure Steel Ball Run Can Be Given an Anime. Kohei said that SBR would be really expensive to make since most of the action is horse racing and that is really hard to animate. When asked about CGI, he said that it would break the JoJo style of animation so he'd rather not use it.
The Metal Ball Run is a horse racing event in Your Bizarre Adventure. It is derived from the race of the name "Steel Ball Run" (changed due to copyright) centrally featured in Part 7 of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
The race is held in special servers separated from the main game. there are two classes of the Steel Ball Run: Casual and Competitive.
This is the spawn area. Players can only get the umbrella from Jongic (when the race starts, as before the race start no NPC will react to you.), get the requiem arrow quest from Prestige Master Will, or purchase heat or cold resistant horses with horse feed, which can be obtained by winning 3rd, 2nd or 1st in competitive mode.
Horse Feed is an item you receive for getting a top 3 placement in competitive Steel Ball Run.
Hide your Stand unless being attacked by other players or when you reach the 4th stage. It is a very important thing to remember as stands that are really good often become direct targets. If your stand is kept out for a long period of time people can use its weaknesses to create a plan to knock you out of the race.
Players who have Prestige can talk to Prestige Master Rin in the Town area of the Steel Ball Run lobby and receive the quest "Win the Steel Ball Run for Rin." Upon winning the Steel Ball Run and completing the quest, they can talk to Isabelle the Arrowsmith and she will give the player a Requiem arrow for $7500 and a normal Stand Arrow.
In Your Bizarre Adventure, the first person to reach a checkpoint does not receive a head start like in the manga. This could be for balance in the race.
Kono Manga ga Sugoi! recommended Steel Ball Run as a good place to start for people who have not read previous parts, due to how it serves as a reboot of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, and appreciated how its move to the monthly seinen magazine Ultra Jump enabled Araki to write longer stories and depict things that would have been difficult to do in a shōnen magazine. Erkael of Manga-News called the manga one of the best in the series, and said that it does not disappoi…
