Unfortunately HIDIVE has some of the anime that you can only find on their platform but they do not care enough about their customers to make the experience of enjoying that content easy or reliable. Hands down out of all the streaming apps I've used this is by far the worst.
However, uncensored shows are available for all genres of anime. Sometimes, a violent and bloody fight scene is removed because of the censorship. Gory horror films are sometimes cut because of the vivid depiction of gruesomeness and brutality. There’s basic information about the shows as well as their production, and an overview of each.
Also the Google TV version of the app is not much better. Very clunky and everything loads super slow. Click on a show and then going back resets the like 20 seconds of waiting for home screen to load. I prefer watching things legally but my gawd please update all your apps. I like HIDIVE in general, but the app is INCREDIBLY difficult to use.

Buggy but far more stable than the Funimation app. Suffers from usability issues. Awkward to navigate, weird organization, extremely basic controls, forgets settings, outdated fast forward and rewind that doesn't show where you are, just lots of little things that add up to a bad overall experience.
Listen, I could ignore the terrible quality and playback issues that one has to put up with while using your app. I could even deal with the poor functionality of your app in it’s entirety because I am aware that it is very new.

Hulu doesn't censor anything anymore than Crunchyroll does. They just air whatever they get with their license. Couldn't Become a Hero sub and DxD dub were uncensored on Hulu when I watched them, same for Qwaser first ep (didn't go on to the second ep. Don't be scared of nightmares; make them be scared of you.
