Readers who ship Touka with Kaneki were left gobsmacked when the heroine seemingly made a headstrong advance on the half-Ghoul, and it has fans convinced the pair will get it on soon. That’s right. If Touka has her way, it looks like the Ghoul may want to take her romance a step further with Kaneki.
Haise = Kaneki in personality as well as in their behaviour. Personally i think they will get together but its a long way to go, because Touka dont know whats happening inside him. Lets see what Ishida plans with Haise/Kaneki and Touka.

Yes, that's right. Touka and Ken finally got together - you know, in that sort of way. The manga's newest chapter was basically dedicated to the pair having sex for the first time, and the panels are steamier than you might've expected.
After the Defense of Tokyo, Kaneki and Touka currently live happily married, with a daughter and another child coming, with humans and ghouls finally united together.

Sui Ishida's newest update of Tokyo Ghoul re has confirmed Touka is pregnant with Ken's child, and the two may or may not have tied the knot on top of it all. No, seriously. It has been a couple chapters since Touka hooked up with Ken, and the pair have been exploring their romance ever since.
After hearing more about her struggle to connect with humans as Uta implied, Kaneki gained a respect for her. After the death of Ryouko, he related to Touka's feelings of grief and powerlessness, and, while he didn't agree with her methods, he still respected that she was the only one doing anything to stop the Doves.
It's over guys! After all the turmoil, the ups and downs of the show, Tokyo Ghoul:re is finally over and with a happy ending, of course!
Tokyo Ghoul:re ended with its second season in 2018, and it appears that, for now, that's the end of the franchise too.

Touka KirishimaTouka Kirishima (霧嶋 董香 Kirishima Touka) is a ghoul who is an ex-waitress at Anteiku. She is the daughter of Arata Kirishima and Hikari Kirishima, the older sister of Ayato Kirishima, the wife of Ken Kaneki and the mother of Ichika Kaneki.
Ichika KanekiIchika Kaneki (金木 一花, Kaneki Ichika) is the daughter of Ken Kaneki and Touka Kirishima who appears in the finale of Tokyo Ghoul:re.
Though it's unclear how heavy those events will be, fans can agree that all this happiness is really just the calm before the storm. Originally created by Sui Ishida for Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump in 2011, Tokyo Ghoul is set in a world full of Ghouls, beings who eat humans and have been living among them in secret.
Thus he's brought into the underground, action filled world of the ghouls as the series ponders who the "real" monster is. The sequel follows Haise Sasaki , a member of the CCG and leader of a special squad of investigators who have implanted the CCG's specialty weapon, the Quinque, into their bodies and essentially have become half ghoul. The kicker, however, is that Haise is actually Ken Kaneki from the original series who's suffering from a bout of amnesia.
This is a major step for the series as Kaneki and Touka's relationship has played a major role throughout. The romance between the two is not only confirmed, but will continue at least until some major events happen later.

In the latest episode of the series, Kaneki and Touka reach a closeness that fans did not expect. After surprisingly debuting a sex scene in which the two copulated their relationship after such a long time, later in the episode it's revealed that Touka is pregnant with Kaneki's baby.
In the manga after the Jason arc, Kaneki joins Anti-Aogiri and Touka asks to come with him. Kaneki states he would let anyone join him except Touka, even Hinami.
With him being properly feed and training and half ghouls being superior due to hybrid vigor and accepting being a Ghoul and the kagune that came along with it. Kankei was able to beat Jason. In the manga he actually outsmarted Jason once Jason began to transform. Kankei was superior to base Jason. Related Answer.
There are enough scenes in the manga, and the anime to suggest that Touka grows to care for Kaneki. She is quite awfully affected with his decision to join Aogiri, and leave Anteiku itself. It does seem like a budding romantic relationship, although it's sometimes a love-hate one (the bridge scene).
Kaneki got lucky. Wicked lucky. Like really really lucky. This art of a chapter is bloody beautiful in every sense of the word. The depiction of the two of them making love, the awkwardness of the first time, the feelings that they share between them, and a fitting bridge from Kaneki's past to his future.
Since Haise still retains many of Kaneki’s habits, this is evidence to show that Haise held a crush on Touka, whether it be an unconscious feeling left from when he was Kaneki, or rather that he fell in love with Touka all over again. Also, (MAJOR SPOILER ALERT) -. -.
