In chapter 81, Misaki and Usui get engaged, and in chapter 85, Misaki becomes a diplomat/lawyer while Usui becomes a respected doctor and they get married. After their marriage, they escape on a honeymoon back home, and meet up with their friends.
As of Chapter 81 of the manga, Takumi gifted Misaki an engagement ring for her 18th birthday, all the while cryptically asking her to marry him, which she tearfully accepts. In the final chapter, she married Usui and adopted his surname "碓氷".
Finally, in chapter 85, 10 years after Takumi and Misaki graduate, they get married. At this point, Takumi is a famous doctor in England working for the walker family, and Misaki is a world -enowned diplomat.
In the manga, Tora and Misaki's relationship becomes a lot closer because of his involvement with Usui's transfer to Miyabigaoka and trip to England. Tora is the one who prepares her and flies with her to England to meet Usui.
Misaki is very protective of Sakura, knowing about her tendency to fall in love without considering what the person is really like, and her popularity with Seika High's male population. During the sport festival, the boys chose Sakura as the kisser as a prize for the "Obstacle Race".
Chapter 85 takes place 10 years later and, by that point, Misaki is a diplomat and Usui is a doctor and, yes, they are married to each other.

Background. Takumi as an infant Takumi was born on April 27, as the illegitimate child of Patricia Walker, an English-Japanese lady, and her personal butler Yū Hirose. Patricia was already married and had a son with her husband, but she fell in love with her butler.

9 His Ethnic Background Takumi is mostly Japanese, having come from a Japanese mother. But his father is actually part British and is a part of a noble family in Britain. This makes Takumi 1/4 British in his genetic makeup. He doesn't really do much with this background, since he lives in Japan.
The series adapted Hiro Fujiwara's LaLa magazine manga of the same name, which began its run back in 2005. There was more to the manga than what the anime got around to adapting, but despite this continued material, there's been no second season.
The anime started streaming on Netflix on July 29, 2020. So, it took almost 10 years for the anime to reach the big platform. However, in the month of October 2021, along with many other famous animes like K-on, Love, and so on, the series was removed from Netflix. Fans can still watch the anime on Hulu.
The anime ends with Misaki confessing to Usui that she likes to hold his hand and that she wants to hold it. Then the kiss. They don't even hook up in the anime. Abiding by the manga, the hook up much later, on christmas.
