The relationship between Tadano and Komi, as the main characters, is called "Komi Can't Communicate." The story of the ground belongs to Komi Shouko for anime and manga. Throughout the series, Komi develops feelings for Tadano, which she eventually expresses to Manbagi while confronting her about her feelings.
You can first start telling in chapter 35, when thinking of Tadano made her feel more relaxed to go sleep. I read it again and I'm sure that's the indication of Komi developing feelings.
“Komi can’t communicate” is sort of a gag manga, but with a pretty nice story behind it. The characters and their growth, Komi and how her relationship has grown with Tadano shows the classical example of friends and their importance in lives.
Tadano is the first friend that Komi makes on her goal to make 100 friends. Because of Tadano’s ability to ‘read a room’ he was the first to recognize that Komi’s lack of speech was due not to a carefully crafted persona, but a crippling anxiety which forms her communication disorder.
ManbagiThroughout the series Komi develops feelings for Tadano, ultimately admitting so to Manbagi as she is confronting her about her own feelings. Among other things, she says she finds Tadano to be cool, mindful, observant, and always willing to help someone in trouble.
One of the major selling points of Komi Can't Communicate is the budding romance between Shoko Komi and protagonist Hitohito Tadano. What started off as a little crush in Season 1 is being developed into a full-blown romantic attraction in Season 2, with both Komi and Tadano wrestling with their emotions.
Hitohito Tadano is Shoko Komi's best friend, though he's starting to develop romantic feelings for her. In Episode 15, he takes it to the next level.
Onemine Nene is a major exception, as she treats him more like a sibling. She also wholeheartedly supports the Tadano and Komi ship. Onemine is also highly protective of her friend Otori, who can be rather clueless at times. Fans appreciate her caring nature towards her younger classmates.
Tadano himself is confronted with the fact that he does love Komi, even though Rumiko just confessed to him. Rumiko ultimately encourages Tadano to go confess to Komi knowing they would be happy together, then sits down and starts crying as she comes to term with letting go the one person she truly loved.

Often times when we see a person not talking at all, we start to have a predefined conclusion that the person might be mute. But, is this thing same with Komi-san as well? I don’t think so!
Isn’t it hard to predict the future when you aren’t a magician? Just joking! Well, the thing is, the manga’s name is “Komi can’t communicate,” and if the main juice of the manga gets taken off, I don’t think anything special would be left in the story.
This isn’t a hard question to answer either! Yes, Komi Can’t Communicate does have romance. But, there’s a catch. As you know, the series revolves around characters who are still high school students. Hence, the romance we are talking about here is subtle and more inclined towards teen “attraction.”
Hitohito is often described as an ordinary student with normal looks and average height and weight. His style of clothing is also considered to be relatively typical. His lone stand-out feature is the white cowlick in his black hair.
Hitohito suffered from a chuunibyou phase in his second year of middle school. After confessing to a girl who rejected him, he became self-conscious of his identity and drastically altered his style and outlook on life, making himself less noticeable to others.
